I'm from Texas and have never ordered flowers before! The gentleman I spoke to was lovely! He was friendly and answered all my ridiculous questions and we even shared a laugh or two over Auburn! The arrangement was perfect and exactly like I pictured it. The family I sent it to was thrilled with it. If I ever need to do this kinda thing again. I know exactly who to call!

I called in the evening from out of town hoping to get flowers delivered same day and they went out of their way to get them delivered. They also spent the time helping me with an additional gift choice to go with the flowers as a Birthday gift. (Roll Tide) Excellent customer service, and the flower arrangement was beautiful with Bama decor. Call them, You will not be disappointed!

I wish I could give them more stars. Flowers by Rita & Custom Framing is a design genius! Their passion and enthusiasm about floral design and framing is unparalleled! Rita created an impeccable arrangement for our work event. I told her what I had in mind and she over exceeded my expectations! What's even better is you get two in one. The pride that Ted has in his framing really shows. He created nothing short of a masterpiece with the huge project I sent him almost last minute. I don't know anyone else that could have pulled it off. They pulled out all the stops and I am forever grateful! Thank you both for making my vision come to life!

Amazing service! I called around 3 in the afternoon and they were able to get flowers delivered to a dear friend in the hospital that evening. I live out of state now, but the Gadsden area is my hometown and I often order flowers for friends and family back home. You have a new customer for life, thank you! I have been a customer with this phenomenal business since the early 1980’s. Their customer service and eagerness to please is second to none. Rita’s flower arrangements are first class. She is an incredible floral designer! Each arrangement is custom designed. I have had custom framing done in this business as well. Absolutely beautiful work! First class, mom and pop operation! Many of my friends and their family members have been customers with Rita and Ted for more than four generations!!!!
