Great prices. Great sales. I rarely shop here, but that will probably change.
And make sure you don't shop there on the 1st or 15th.
The EBT crowd is filling up thier carts and you'll be in line until your ice cream melts.

I enjoy shopping at Foodmaxx, especially late at night when I'm usually by myself. There's one gentleman who works there who is unpleasant. I even told him to greet customers with a smile, but he replied that where he works doesn't warrant a smile. I was tempted to confront him, but I decided to let it go!!!!

Cleaner than San Pablo, but no self checkout, lines are always long, lack of cashiers, didn’t have yellow onions. Terrible.

Update Aug 2024.
Terrible customer service, and it's no wonder they're hiring a Multi-Purpose Clerk for pennies. No one wants to work here. Why would they? Rude employees, messy layout... It's not a good store.

I don't like this place. At all. Some of the employees clearly do not like their jobs. Why else would the cashier's be so rude?

I only go to this location to buy snacks for my coworkers. I don't go to Target because I know I'd get distracted.

I suppose the only good thing about this store with long lines, no self-checkout and rude employees is that there is no feeling of warmth or invitation. It's easy to not want to spend much time there at all, because of how uncomfortable I feel.

Feedback for this location? None. You won't change.

I'm astonished that this store is rated so highly. What are you guys smoking in the Twilight Zone?

It looks like they are going out of business. This is my first time shopping here, and it's apparently obvious that the shopping experience is not a concern. Two or three tellers with lines going down the street, it feels like I will not return terrible store need ro hire more employees.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Not because of the costs or quality of the store, but the customer’s behaviors are HORRENDOUS. Everytime I shop here, customers are argumentative, combative, and extremely rude. I believe the cheap prices may attract the more crude and classless consumers. Shoppers behave better at the 99 cents stores - and the demeanor of the employees proves that.

The low prices are NOT worth the disrespect from the other angry and wretched shoppers. I was disrespected before and tried to give them another shot tonight. Disrespected BOTH times and never coming back!
