Nice area for shopping trips. Variety of different retail stores, and food spots to go to. Clean sidewalks and parking lot. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrances. (There is always a place to park & never over crowded.)

I absolutely love this complex! When I still had young kids it was great to be able to go to Goodwill and look for clothes and then go right next door to Kid to Kid for the stuff I wasn't able to find a Goodwill and then right across the street to Once Upon a Child before heading to Target and then JCPenney all on the same block. Urban Air is an amazing place to take the kids. It seems like the little shop there that had frozen yogurt last I checked is always changing into something trendy as a kids tastes change. Love game stop. Wendy's and Jack in the Box awesome. The the UPS has fairly priced PO boxes that you can access 24 hours a day. The other cool thing is they actually give you a street address rather than a PO Box since not everything can be sent to a PO Box. Peter Piper is a great place to take the kids. So excited we now have a Bosa Donuts in Ahwatukee! I remember when 48th Street and Ray Road was not nearly what it is today so I'm super grateful that every corner is an experience in itself and foothills Park Place Center alone could be a day trip if one wanted it to be.

My wife and I stopped to get something from Target. Easy in and out. Next, we picked up something from Nothing Bundt cakes. Great area to shop. Nice clean stores and easy parking.

There is a roadrunner that lives near this mini mall and it is fun to see it sometimes. Nice shops.

I especially like ‘Kid to Kid’ because they have great deals on second hand baby and toddler toys, clothes, shoes, and furniture.

Great food. Great ambiance. Any bbq place that can use the slogan the worst bbq in Texas and succeed anyway... you can't help but show love.
