The new layout looks clean & organized, but these employees can use a little attitude adjustment. It's only been open for one day since it closed and you can tell they already hate their jobs.

I rarely shop at Forever 21 now and my recent experience at the Hayward store reminded me why. The incompetence of the staff is ridiculous. It’s truly the blind leading the blind. Management has no idea what they are doing, so there’s no hope for the rest of the staff. I see this one closing down soon like the emeryville store. Save yourself the headache and just shop online or at another location.

The worst shop. They did not tell it is final sale item they billed and they don’t exchange or accept return. Such a horrible shop. I am never gonna buy any of their stuff anymore.
