All of the staff members are wonderful with the exception of the fact that the baggers get nasty if they realize you don't have a tip for them. I thought I had cash for one guy, (forest Gump looking guy with a wild beard and glasses) and when I realized that I didn't, he was incredibly rude to me, rolling his eyes, glaring and stomping off like a child. He didn't even let me explain, I was floored. Another time, a bagger lady was super sweet until I said I wouldn't need help out that day. She immediately began slamming my groceries down into my cart, glaring and quit talking to me entirely. She literally did a 180, going from sweet and talkative to just a nasty toddler attitude. I get that they work for tips, but they KNOW that the position is voluntary and thus unpaid, so having a bad attitude about something they KNOW may happen is absolutely appalling to me. Going from being kind and sweet to nasty and as far as to damage my food is insane. Literally my only complaint about the staff, everyone else is absolutely amazing and helpful.

Sandwich/Deli shop is one of the best I've visited. Manned by friendly and helpful staff. Needs a few more self-checkout counters as it gets backed up during lunch breaks.

I stopped at the visitors place to get some directions to the Lyster building. The guard was very professional and helpful in getting me a map and pointing it out how to get there and then giving me a one-year pass to get on the base. Extremely helpful. The Personnel at the Lyster building starting with the security guard who pointed me to the direction of the VA benefits was also very helpful and professional too. The receptionist at the VA Benefits Center on the second floor also was very concerned for helping us and did all she could and gave us the information we needed to complete our task. I want to thank Fort Novosel and the professional leadership they have for helping someone that is retired and not aware of how to navigate this base. I really appreciate all that they done and your personnel should be commended. Thank you,

One of the best ones I've been to-- many fresh produce and meat options. Very clean and looks more high end than a traditional commissary. Employees are very nice and lines move quite smoothly. Some item prices are significantly higher than outside retail stores such as protein supplements (shakes, bars, chips, etc).
Otherwise, overall a great store.

Went in today to buy some groceries, got home and realized this package expired 7 months ago. Why is this possibly on your shelves still? Tried calling the office in store and you can get ahold of anyone.
