Although the coffee was the best I ever had, they need to work on how long it takes employees to make coffees. I waited in line for 5min to order, then it took another 20mins for the 2 coffees I ordered to be made. I went back 2 separate times, different days. It was the same issue both times. The only difference is one day they had 3 employees on shift and the other day they had 4 employees on shift. The day with 4 employees took the longest. The atmosphere is great, lots of seating between tables and chairs.

This store is going so downhill, you can tell it’s being neglected. I love this place, it has some of my favorite coffee. but for a while now the espresso has tasted really burnt, they haven’t had cold brew nitro for idk how long, which was one of my favorite drinks. They also seem to always be running out of all their blends, and it takes so long for them to get more. I’ve waited for farmhouse blend for idk how long. I am not sure if management changed but I just think it’s really sad, because I will probably stop coming here so often and switching coffee shops. I hope some positive changes can be made because i really do love this place.

Good latte, priced similar to other place. They added a self serve water station, which is a welcome addition. I like the atmosphere and that they open early (7 am). When I walked in about 5 minutes after submitting my order via the app they seemed unaware of my order, until I told them In ordered on the app. They had one other customer, who already had his drink. And I did not care for their chocolate chip cookie. I took one bite and threw it away. I cannot recall ever not liking a chocolate chip cookie, but this one had almost an oatmeal cookie consistency, I could not taste the chocolate, and it had a sort of artificial taste to it. Maybe it was made with wheat flower? Not sure what made it so unappealing.

The food is not good, and the coffee got was really basic. I will not be coming back. The food is prepackaged and not fresh. The breakfast sandwich at McDonald’s looks better than this and it didn’t taste all that great fo the price. The atmosphere inside is nice to get work done but that’s all I would come here for

I'm lucky to have a lovely coffee shop near my home. When I heard that Foxtail Coffee was opening a new branch in Telecom Village, I was thrilled because it's one of my top favorite coffee shops.
On a lovely Sunday morning, I took the opportunity to visit Foxtail Coffee, which was conveniently located just four minutes away from my home.
Upon arriving at the coffee shop, I was pleased to find a generously sized parking area. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by the stunning ambiance and tasteful decor that perfectly complemented the coffee shop atmosphere. The menu at Foxtail Coffee offers a variety of coffee options, as well as convenient food pairings.
When I arrived, the Barista welcomed me as my server. After discussing various coffee options, I settled on a Regular Cafe Latte with Hazelnut. I also ordered an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese and a bag of coffee beans.
I was pleased with the service and received my bagel with cream cheese quickly. The Everything bagel was especially delicious when paired with cream cheese, and it had been perfectly toasted. Additionally, my hot coffee was well-roasted and quite tasty.
I enjoyed my Sunday morning with a delicious cup of coffee and a bagel.

I love the varieties of coffees, including the Italian, American and Cuban. My mouth is doing somersaults right now, I'm sipping a just ordered nice and hot coffee with lavender infusion. Service has always been professional and mindful of my order. Breakfast sandwiches are delish, I would almost say they are clean food.

Glad one opened up closer to me. Great coffee and customer service with plenty of tables to sit and study or work. You can also download their app and get rewards. You can actually taste the coffee unlike Starbucks which all I taste is the sweetened syrups. They also have a drive thru which I will use when it rains. They also serve Kelly’s ice cream and have a sorbet. Glad they have a sorbet because I have allergies to milk. I haven’t tried any food yet, so I can’t give a rating.

Absolute gem of a place that my best friend introduced to me while visiting her and this particular location will be my go-to coffee shop when Im there!!!
Wonderfully friendly staff with great recommendations on the best coffee and food combos, super cute and chill lounge area thats perfect for studying or working or just catching up with friends.
Cant wait for my next trip to see my bestie so we can swing in and grab another delicious coffee ❤️
