If you can, try to go when Autumn is working! I had to buy a ton of dresses for a work project and she was so helpful, pulling dresses for me to try on. Not only that, the entire time I was in the dressing room, I could hear her warmly greet each customer as they entered! Really loved her.

I feel bad because I didn't get her name but just wanted to say that whoever was working the store solo January 10th at around 4:30 ish in the afternoon was an absolute sweetheart. I feel like I never have luck with finding clothes (and here I was trying to find a dress for my upcoming anniversary) and this girl was great. Pointed me in the exact right direction, got a dressing room started for me, was just friendly and helpful all around and I ended up leaving with not one but two dresses. Anniversary and Valentine's day outfits are sorted 👍

Because I had such a great experience, I went online and bought 3 more items from Francesca's. Can't wait for them to arrive, what a great selection you guys have, especially for us middle-sized folks. I range in between a 12 and a 14 at stores and can rarely find anything flattering. Thanks so much, you guys just got a lifelong customer

The staff are really what makes this store stuck out in my mind - both times I’ve come in with a specific need and an employee has pulled something perfect or from the back that’s exactly what I need (an Asian male, and a black female with short hair - I hope they each get a promotion! Or at the least commission)

I shopped at Francesca’s on Sunday and asked the cashier prior to completing the purchase it returns were allowed. My purchases were for my granddaughters birthday. She informed me yes refunds are allowed. What she didn’t inform me of is the 15% restocking fee. I returned on Friday to return a couple of things out of my $175 purchase. And was hit with the surprise. It is on the receipt. So you are notified after purchase. I wanted to purchase other items for them from there - they don’t care you still pay the 15%. So, no purchase and I will NEVER go back. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!

Smaller store but the associates are always super sweet and helpful. Dogs are welcome in the store. Good selection of clothing. Only thing is it gets CRAMPED in there when there are more than 10 people in it.

I really liked their selection and their store is adorable however I bought three pairs of earrings and two broke while I was trying to put them on. 🙁 I was so disappointed because I really loved them and they were 16-20 bucks each.
