I highly recommend Franklin Jewelers! My wife’s engagement ring diamond was loose. I visited another store that said it may take a week or I could pay more to get it done sooner. In the short hour that I was at Franklin Jewelers, Victor finished work on 2 watches and another ring, then tightened our diamond and polished the ring. I brought in a meteorite ring and asked if it could be sealed so it wouldn’t rust and he went and polished off all the markings. Clearly a misunderstanding, and that takes two, but I’m so upset about it and he’s the professional, he should have asked if he wasn’t sure. On top of that he didn’t offer to try to fix it in any way or even apologize. He didn’t charge me for ruining my ring, but even that was a frustrating experience that took me refusing multiple times.
