My husband surprised us with beautiful bouquets from Fred's today. One for our 6 month old daughter and one for me. They were prepared on the spot and came out soo beautiful!! We loved them. Highly recommend going to Fred's!

Poor service. We made several attempts to confirm delivery and the owner did not get back to us for 2 days at which time he said the flowers were handed to the recipient at 3:30 on Feb 14th. This is not true. The recipient found them on her porch after 10:00 pm on the 14th. When we ordered we made the mistake of allocating $21.00 for a tip on a $200.00 order. Never should have allocated the tip before delivery. We were robbed. Never using this florist again.

I ordered online and there were a few complications when picking up my order, but they were just honest mistakes. When it comes to the flowers, they are absolutely beautiful and made a great gift to my grandma for her birthday. Overall, the place has good customer service and stunning bouquets. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need flowers.

I was told by the recipient that the flowers are very nice and delivered on time. But don't rely on getting a receipt when placing a phone order! I requested it 3 times by phone, and when sending an email it actually bounced back as undeliverable! It's the law that vendors are required to send receipts when paying by credit cards. Had it not been for this frustrating billing experience I'd have given them 4 stars!!
