Used to love coming here for a great coffee with friendly baristas! I’ve never had an issue up until recently. Within the last couple of months the location off of Bogard has really gone downhill. I have a pretty simple order that is messed up every time I would order from that barista in particular. One time I had gotten a flavor in one of my coffees that I hadn’t asked for, when I brought it to the baristas attention she had completely disregarded me and was insistent that she had made it right. Another time I had ordered a 16oz and was given a 24oz that was completely different from my original order- when I asked for a remake I was told that they would remake the drink but I was already charged for the 24oz and not the 16 that I had originally went there for. I’ve started repeating my order 3x in hopes that it won’t be messed up this time around and it still is. When I asked for a remake today because it wasn’t what I had ordered I was met with attitude. Hopefully the barista can start writing down orders so that it doesn’t have to be the customers fault when they mess up. Unfortunately today will have been my last time going there.

I love this place. It's less than a mile away from my house. All
The ladies I have encountered here have been able to make my frappe just how I like. I hate an overly sweet frappe, and these ladies always get it on point. My daughter loves the lotus drinks. She is usually a dealers choice lotus kinda girl, and they have never disappointed on the flavor.

Went and got coffee Christmas weekend. They were open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The girls working were super nice, helpful, and patient. Our drinks were delicious the wait was about 6 mins.

Coffee is pretty great here. The only reason gave 4 stars is because girls are pretty rude sometimes, especially in 195 E. Bogard rd. There have been times I had to wait 20-30 min while I was first in line, and girls just chatting. I don't mind going to other Bogard location, way more friendlier girls over all, coffee good. Although my sister did get scammed out of $50 cuz the girl insisted she only gave her a $5, and since she was supper late to work, she let it go. Over all yes do go here for decent coffee 90% of the time, just ok service, though. I prefer my coffee with a smile, so do go somewhere else more often.

Always friendly and cheerful. Very timely and did not have to wait long at all and I ordered 5 different drink (not all for myself) very impressed. She came back and asked if she heard me correctly on one drink besides just assuming and making whatever thought it was very thoughtful to make sure she was making exactly what I order. Love this place!!!

I arrived at 3:05 pm. Ordered 24 oz. Americano with syrup. I’ve been. Few times right after three and got the discount. I asked if I could get it today but she said that the register automatically will adjust the amount after three. It was 3:11pm.

Couple of times now, I’ve gone for a drip coffee when they are out. Instead of telling me they are out, the baristas have served me americanos and charged me for the higher drink cost. PSA: drip coffee and americanos are not the same. And even though it’s only a 50cent increase in price, I feel cheated that they’d charge me extra for a drink I never even asked for. Do better!
