Excellent shopping experience. The manager of the meat department was very friendly and answered all our questions. We were looking for fresh oxtails and souse meat. He was very knowledgeable of the department and sent me straight to the area of the meats I was looking for. Will shop there again.

The Fresh Value Marketplace is not my usual grocery store; however, it is definitely worth a visit. The employees inside this particular grocery store are hands down the nicest, most congenial, and helpful people I have ever encountered. They're always so prompt and efficient in their service, and the best part about them is that you can actually see the personalities come through when they speak to you and in the way they handle themselves at work. This alone is a refreshing attribute uncommon in most stores. There are two particular items that I buy at this store only and nowhere else, and they are 12 pack cans of Pepsi products and Ramen noodles. Not only do they have the best price in both items, but they also have the biggest variety anywhere in Trussville. When you enter the store, there are bins by the door filled with dollar value items that are special deals.It would be of great interest to you to check those out as well. I'm so thankful that this grocery store is so close to my house. I appreciate the service and the low prices. If you have never ventured out into the store, I encourage you to add the Fresh Value Marketplace to your regular shopping routine

Steaks are well cut, much better than center point or 5 points west location. Large selection of fresh produce. It's a trek for me, there are closer locations, this store is worth the trip.

Excellent prices!!! Every thing was cheaper there than Publix, Food Giant, Walmart or Winn Dixie. Example, a 6 pack of Bahama Momma made by "the club" was 1.00 a 6 pack cheaper than at Food Giant.

The entire produce department appears different in a GOOD way. Very well organized and and makes me want to buy more fruits and vegetables. Everything is fresh. The asparagus is delicious, I'm buying all my produce here from now on.
The entire store is clean and stocked very well. The staff is nice too. I really like this store.
