In the initial thrust of Covid, I put my lake house that I treasured on the market. I chose Dana Olmes as my realtor. First because I have known her a long time and know she is someone I could trust. She is the one who sold me my lake house in the first place in 1995. So it was a given that I would reach out to her again for this new venture. I knew I would get honesty and a no pressure attitude. It was a crazy time to think of selling, but I knew if anyone could do it, she could. Not that my home would be difficult, no, it was an exceptional property located perfectly on the lake, in excellent condition and impeccably landscaped. But, timing is everything and at that time, who knew there were people out there who were willing to risk during a pandemic.

Both Dana and Jeff were low keyed and reassuring that a smooth transition was possible. This would be a big, emotional change for me. But, it was a positive experience from the beginning, though not without its heartstopping, sudden right and left turns.....what sale doesn't have a few of those! Now, 7 months later, here I am in northern California in another beautiful home. Happy and with good memories and best wishes for the person who bought my Calabasas home and began their own adventure. You, whoever you are, should be so lucky to have Dana and Jeff assisting you.
