Fruteria El Campesino Review

Located at 17871 SW Tualatin Valley Hwy, Beaverton, OR 97006, Fruteria El Campesino is a grocery store specializing in fresh produce. The store is known for its same-day delivery service, making it convenient for customers to receive fresh fruits and vegetables. The store is also wheelchair accessible, with both a ramp at the entrance and a dedicated parking lot nearby.

While the store itself is quite small and can feel a bit cramped, it offers a good selection of snacks and specialty Mexican items. The produce is the main draw, however, with a variety of fruits and vegetables available. Customers appreciate the quality of the produce, with many noting that the fruits are especially fresh and delicious.

One area of improvement for the store is the consistency of their fruit cups. Some customers have found the fruit to be either not ripe enough or overripe, which can be disappointing. However, the store does offer whole fruits, which customers seem to enjoy.

In addition to fresh produce, Fruteria El Campesino also sells piñatas, which are popular among customers. The piñatas are known for being durable and well-made.

The store accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. They also accept SNAP/EBT, making it easier for those on government assistance to access fresh produce.

Overall, customers seem to have a positive experience at Fruteria El Campesino. The store offers a convenient location, a good selection of fresh produce, and a friendly atmosphere. While there are some areas for improvement, such as the consistency of the fruit cups, the store is a solid choice for those looking for fresh fruits and vegetables in the Beaverton area.

This is an ok Mexican store. It's really small and tight. The produce is really hit or miss. I used to love coming for the produce cups but they're now always either cut up into the cup not ripe enough or too old. Lots of snack options. Their piñatas are good from what I remeber buying last year. The piñata was very durable! Really love their fresh fruit cups! They had whole mangos today! 🤤

Since I was in the area I stopped by Fruteria El Campesino just to see what all they had, It was a nice little store filled with lots of Latin/Mexican products. They had a variety of beverages, snacks, fruits, vegetables and tortillas etc. The atmosphere of the store was pretty nice they had lots of latin/Mexican music playing on the radio/speakers. I ended up buying a couple fruits that I haven't seen before just to give him a try. The employees At the cash register were pretty fast and effichance not that nice but oh well. Overall I would say if you're in the area come by and shop and see what you can find.

Came here to to get a couple of things instead of going to winco or Safeways they have a lot of things but on thing I don’t like is the customer service the guy made me wait before he cashed me out he was to busy flirting with a girl that he was training even when he was collecting the money from me he was still talking with the girl and making it look obvious that he did not care for his job but was more interested in the girl. Better customer service would be great other then that this place is okay sometimes they don’t have much inventory.

Fruteria El Campesino is an authentic Mexican tienda. When you enter, you might as well be in Mexico itself. The atmosphere for one is awesome with music, food, and other cultural items. The products vary from Mexican food, snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, and more. The staff is always kind. Great place to go if looking for things you can "only" get in Mexico.
