FSG has always been the best local tattoo shop in Imperial Beach as far back as I can remember. Sierra was very helpful with helping me design the tattoo I wanted. I sent her two ideas that I wanted to combine and She filled in the rest. She even communicated with me on mixing certain blue inks for the best results to resemble Blue willow china art. I have been complimented so much on this tattoo and I love to show it off. There is such a comforting atmosphere at FSG and highly recommended getting tattoos here.

I visited last Saturday (2/1/2025) to get my second holes pierced on my ears. I don’t know the name of the “piercer” who did my ears but she was a young her lady who told me she worked at a school during week days. She should stick to teaching because she absolutely botched the piercing on my left ear. The swelling hadn’t gone down so I took off the back of the earring just to find out that the piercing was so crooked that the top of the earring was where the 2nd hole should be but the back of my earring was exiting at the bottom back of my ear where the hole is for my bottom piercings. It sounds insane so luckily I have pictures but this piercing was so crooked the piercing literally went downwards through the length of my earlobe. I went to a different shop to see if they could salvage my left ear and luckily they could if they re-pierced it (which they did and it’s now perfectly straight thanks to them). They said that they have never seen a mistake made like the one that your “piercer” made on me. I am truly baffled how she let me walk out of the shop last week knowing that she completely messed up. I’m sure she remembers exactly who I am because nobody forgets making a mistake as big as that one. Not only did I get scammed out of my money by making the mistake in coming here, I’m also left with random holes In the back of my ear from where the botched earring was exiting. I am genuinely scared for whoever has the misfortune of being pierced by that lady.

i had gotten brandons 3 small tattoo deal yet the stars design on my shoulder appears lopsided which was not what i had given nor had seen on the blueprint. the other two and the rest of my shoulder tattoo look great though so im very grateful for that outcome.

I am a very loyal patron of FSG all the way back to when Mike was still with us. This review is specifically about Sierra! She is BEYOND awesome! Her style is versatile and unique. Highly in demand and I completely understand why! She has done 4 of my pieces now and I will gladly get more in the future. She is always so sweet and accommodating. She books out bc her art is impeccable! She always gives you a clear timeline and tries to accommodate you as she can. I’m NEVER unsatisfied with her work. NEVER! And if I was she would gladly fix it. I will continue to support the shop and especially Sierra! They are the BEST shop in SD! If you can’t get in with Sierra I also highly recommend Laura! Although everyone at FSG is amazingly talented!

Got work done with Sierra and honestly some of my best tattoo sessions!!! She is very professional and interactive with her clients. The art work I got was way above what I expected and I could not be happier with my results. She is an artist that I can give an idea to and just absolutely exceeds expectations. Currently booked with her in September for more work and will definitely be finishing my arm with her as well as any future work. I have recommended her to multiple friends who have all been extremely happy with their work. She is truly an artist I will stick with for the rest of my work which is rare for me but she has made me feel like family. Sierra and all of FSG has my support always!!!
