I have been trying to call the store also and then just recently went into the store to purchase my items and witnessed an employee pick up the ringing phone and hang up the phone immediately and the other employee standing by him just laughed. Really need to fire the entire staff and get good help! No one was busy with other customers. They just didn’t wanna work. So sad to see! I also just placed three online orders through them and can’t get anybody to fulfill it even though they were in stock when I saw it in the store four days ago. Place the order three days ago and can’t get an email back either on the status or get in touch with anyone.

UPDATE: sent a feedback of my experience and Phil , the operations manager, kindly responded saying to go back in and for the return desk to call him over so I can refund or exchange. If you ever find a problem here I'd recommend talking to Phil. He's a really nice and understanding guy who also happens to be in charge!

Don't buy anything already remotely damaged in packaging. Otherwise when you want to return/exchange it they will blame you for the damage and not care at all. The blonde manager is also very rude. Was told to go to her to explain it was damaged when I bought it, and she didn't look at me once when I was speaking to her (instead looking at her clipboard). She just walked off mumbling something I couldn't hear and grabbed the technology manager to pretty much show she wanted nothing to do with me at all. The technology manager just treated me like I was stupid for returning something that was obviously damaged (the packaging). Their stuff is already expensive and now I have something I can't even use.

I am highly disappointed. I placed an order for a frame from FSU bookstores a month ago and paid for it, but I have yet to receive it. What's more frustrating is that my calls have gone unanswered, and my emails have not been responded to. I had expected FSU bookstores to be reliable, but this lack of communication has made this an entirely unacceptable experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied.

You should be ashamed to be called Noles!

So sad that how you treat Noles fans. I have been trying to call the store for days now and nobody from any department picks up. I placed an online order through the website and can’t get anybody to fulfill it even though they were in stock when I saw it. Place the order three days ago for next business days and only got stickers, but got charged the full shipping. I can’t get an email back either on the status or get in touch with anyone.

FSU what the heck is going on?

EDIT: 4th day in a row calling on each hour and sending emails with no answer in any way shape or form.

EDIT 2: Today we finally got to talk to someone that apparently fulfilled our order (one item was out of stock by the time they got to it) and refund us the next business day shipping. The way that I was able to get in touch was to not choose an option when calling.

EDIT 3: As expected, nothing has been shipped yet. This is outright ridiculous.

Very expensive, questionable quality. I bought my son a Marching Chiefs CD for Christmas; costed $20! Got home and found out I bought a used disc that was scratched.

Eddie! Eddie! Eddie!
The customer service goes above and beyond. I needed to get my screen fixed before I left and Eddie made it a quick and easy process. He was so helpful and welcoming. Thank you Eddie from the computer services!!

Recently shopped an online clearance sale. Ordered 4-5 discounted items and added a full priced item. All of the items were cancelled except the full priced item (this item was on sale elsewhere). I reached out to the store and received no response.

While on my whirlwind tour of Florida, we decided to go to FSU for some FSU gear. Upon arrival I parked in the parking garage and proceeded down the steps to the store. Found out that the new store was across the street. Upon entering asked if I could bring our dog inside and it was no problem. Shopped for around 30 min or so. Everyone was really nice and friendly that we encountered. Prices are a little steep but most were reasonable.
