Ray, the manager at Furniture Masters- Hoover, was very helpful. We moved from Michigan to Alabama and were not familiar with any stores. He was honest and upfront about certain furniture sets and helped us find the perfect couch set without breaking the bank. Definitely recommend.

Regina knew my name almost a month after we originally met. Very impressive! She was patient with me and gave me ideas how to make my home perfect! Regina was very knowledgeable and extended her care for what my family needed. She understood the assignment and helped assist me.
Attrash was a delight as well he knew the mission and helped me gain creative ideas to have a vision of my beautiful home. The time and dedication was “A”plus for me. I’m referring all my friends to the FM-Hoover location…. This store made shopping easy and blessed us with our holiday wish.

Had heard about this place through my sister. Long story short, because of her they gave us a really good deal for a bedroom set that I liked a lot. I picked the furniture up and began constructing it as soon as I got home. I quickly noticed that the night stand was damaged really bad. Then I also saw that the chest of drawers was damaged too but not as much. I let their store manager Ahmad know, since he was the one helping me with the entire time. He told me they would replace the night stand but I would have to use my warranty to fix the chest of drawers. Didn't make sense to me but he assured me that it would not affect my warranty in any way. I make the claim and I was denied because the damage was not consumer related so I was told to talk to the store again. I speak to Ahmad about it and he was really clear that in no way will they replace the chest but offered me some alternatives. He told me that he himself would make the repair, which I was not too sure about it myself, but I agreed although i knew he could not leave it in new condition with the wood being splintered. It's been two weeks since he's told me that and I'm not able to get into contact with him. I had gone to Ashley's Furniture prior to making the purchase with them and they agreed to price match me for the same price. Since Ahmad gave me this deal first I agreed i should go with him. Before the purchase he assured me that if there are any issues in any way he would happily resolve them. That didn't happen nor do I see it happening. I wish I would have gone with Ashley's Furniture instead.

(Was 1 star)Update: Someone higher up came and repaired the furniture, again was not in new condition like I wanted, but I was expecting that. I do appreciate how fast he reached out and repaired it.

Attrash helped us and is so super helpful and has such a great attitude! I went in here with my granny and had never been to a furniture store, but he made it a perfect experience. We found a couch that we loved soon after getting there and he took care of us swiftly! If you need help, he will not disappoint! 🙂

Cannot say enough about the service here. Ahmad was just AMAZING! Everything you need for someone in customer service. Attentive, patient, knowledgable and accommodating. They have so many nice pieces and sets of furniture. If you need it, they have it and it’s nice! Such a great purchasing experience. Highly recommend!
