Ordered breakfast table and chairs. Good quality, good price, courteous delivery. One of the chairs had a fabric tear in the seat, and delivery person took a photo and indicated they would replace it. When I heard nothing from them for weeks, I called, and the salesperson asked if I wanted a refund for the chair. This indicated they had not ordered a replacement. I indicated no, I wanted a replacement chair rather than a breakfast table with only 3 chairs. I was then told it would take 4-6 weeks. I said ok. Last week I was called indicating the chair had arrived, and when did I want it delivered. I indicated I would just drive out with the damaged chair and pick up the new one. I was told it takes a day to assemble it, so I should wait until Thursday of this week ( the conversation was Tuesday). I came Friday instead, and the salesman then gave the usual spiel when somebody screws up. “When and who did you talk to”? Of course they hadn’t assembled it. I left without any comment about when it would be ready to pick up, and I expect I won’t get a call unless I initiate one. There appears to be no mechanism for service after the sale at this place.
Edit: in response to this review I got an invitation to contact furniture row customer service center. Their email did not exist.

My wife and I visited the Madison store about 4:00 pm. We were looking for a reclining loveseat and wanted to see what they had. We entered the store, spent about 20-30 minutes walking around and at what they had, and finally left the store and not one person even bothered to speak to us, much less see if they could help. There were several people at a couple of different desks sitting and talking or on their phones. We have been to several stores looking and this was the only store where we were ignored.

Bought a multi place recliner/couch. The sales person was knowledgeable. She didn't hover but allowed us to browse to find the best value for us.
I downgraded because the delivery was a little late. It was promised for "two to three weeks". Actually took almost four.
Delivery itself was easy and fast.
Good product and the delay may not have been their fault.
We don't buy enough furniture to fairly evaluate the price. But we were willing to pay it.

Jazmyne Barclay at the Madison, AL Furniture Row was our sales person. She was very helpful, energetic, and knowledgeable. She allowed us time to look on our own without hovering. She answered our questions and knew the details of the items we were interested in purchasing. It was a pleasure to work with her. When we were ready to place our order, she met us at the store and in less than 30 minutes we were all set.

I ordered a large table with delivery and assembly service. The crew delivered the table but they found that there was no hardware included in the box. The crew left the table in pieces in my kitchen and told me to contact the store. I have contacted the store 4 times, and still haven’t had anyone help me with the problem. Twice I was told that a crew would be available in the next two days, to which nothing else happened. 3 times I was told I would be called back by the supervisor / manager, neither of which have called me back. The customer service experience has been awful. The people answering are nice, but nothing is being done to get me what I paid for. I can’t recommend this place.

Chad was so wonderful. Came in looking for a sectional for my new pad in NY. We had gone to multiple stores. The nearest Furniture Row to my new place was two hours away but Chad said he would reach out to the regional managers to see if they could get it done. And I am so grateful he did. Came with a slightly hefty delivery fee...but I am in love with my couch and can't wait to sit on it in a few weeks. 10/10 recommend!
