Blake was awesome—super personable and informative without being pushy. He helped us find the perfect piece, answered all our questions, and made the whole process easy. We ended up buying our furniture the same day and took it home right away. Highly recommend asking for Blake at Furniture Row!

Very pleasant visit today. The salesman, Andrew was helpful and left us alone to look the store over but we never felt "unattended" to. He was available for questions and had all the answers, even the one's we weren't hoping for. But, we were able to find something nice and saved money with his guidance. He was even able to assist us in arrangement for shipping to our home in South Dakota!!

Had a great experience with Blake, who helped me find a narrow recliner. I have been searching for awhile for the right size. When I came in this weekend and described what I was looking for, he took me directly to a perfect size recliner, and it was a good price. I was impressed that he knew the inventory so well. He was also very nice. So glad to have a brick and mortar furniture store with good prices to visit.

First time ever visiting, and was very impressed! Showroom has quite a bit to look at and the setup is very nice and easy to navigate. A lot of quality pieces to look at, with prices and other info clearly marked.

Within seconds, an associate approached, welcomed us in and offered assistance--she was very nice, helpful, and wasn't pushy at all. She provided info on some of their current deals, as well as some options for a specific item we were looking for.

We ended up purchasing a couple of items, and again, the same associate took care of us. Lead times are reasonable, and they even offer delivery! Very pleasant experience from start to finish, and we will likely be in again!

We had a great experience buying a couch at furniture row. Kaleb helped us the first time coming in and showed us several options in the fabric and style of the couch we were looking for. When we decided to go back and purchase the couch Kaleb wasn’t there but Andrew picked up where he left off and helped us with the purchase of our new couch. 10/10 would purchase from furniture row again, great experience, great staff, and great service.

We have purchased 2 pieces of furniture from your store, each time Donovan has been our salesman.

Our first time was for a bed frame during black Friday and he was so helpful that as soon as we saw him again, 1 1/2 years later, we recognized him.

He needs a raise.
He is polite, isn't persistent and is able to make the sale with ease. Donovan is awesome...employee of the year.

Our salesman was great. He wasn't super pushy, gave us our space to look around while still being helpful, and went out of his way to get us a good deal. We had all 3 of our kids with us as well and he was great with them.
