Wonderful place of business to shop for your child and/or children High school band needs and any musical activity you and your family or band may need. This store has a great selection and different styles and a great range of options. The staff are all so nice and friendly as well professional. They also offer payment plans such as rental and if you’re looking to purchase new. My experience has been wonderful for the past 2 years. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience.

Was looking for somewhere that could repair our daughters grandmother's flute & was told to check this place out & we were not disappointed! Not only were we able to drop her flute out but was able to rent one during the time of hers being repaired. Staff was kind & answered any & all of our questions.

These folks are not only completely honest and trustworthy and upfront with you, but they are extremely knowledgeable about what they sell. Skip to the bottom if you just want the review. I was apprehensive going to a Music Store with my Dad' guitar. He had given it to me a few years back, and I had done nothing with it. I didn't even look up the maker. The day I visited Gadsden Music, was the day before the 2-year anniversary of my Dad's death. I was feeling guilty, ashamed, and that my neglect had ruined his guitar. BUT, I was welcomed by Amanda who looked at the guitar and exclaimed "Wow, what a interesting guitar!" She identified the brand and size, and to my relief, she said it could be cleaned and brought back to life.

Review: Gadsden Music Company should be the first place you visit for all things Music. They are Musicians and therefore extremely knowledgeable. All the staff, Amanda, Tyler, Brian... are customer interactive, whether you have no knowledge, like me, or a Proffesional, I saw several being helped, they love Music and love their work!

Nice hosts. Kinda wish they had more Fender basses to ponder through but I did settle on a nice MIM model. In-house tech done a good job on final set-up before I made my final purchasing decision. Nice hardshell case, tuner, strap locks and I'm a happy customer. (Hey, they can't all be the high dollar basses. But they can be tricked out!)

I’ve always been a fan of my local music store but this year has been different. My wife and myself started playing local restaurants and pubs about a year ago not having a single clue what we we’re getting ourselves into. Brian and the staff has always been helpful, but in this season of our life even more. They have been supportive of our new adventure and when we’ve came in needing equipment it was never about the money but more so about what we needed. We are very grateful we have these folks so close to home.

Longtime customer and only ever had two issues. Neither was comprised or resolved in the customer's favor. Last year wouldn't work with me concerning a band shoe size mixup.
And recently wouldn't accept a return of two unused, unopened items totaling a measly $14.00🙄
My child has been a band student from 5th grade beginner band to freshman year in college so I have dropped plenty of money in this place. A mere $14.00 wouldn't break their bank. Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you.
