Went in on 10/2 around 1:30 and the staff working there was amazing! I hope this review finds its way to a manager because I really want to leave them all a compliment. One woman who's name I, unfortunately, did not catch helped me find the right size jeans and try them on and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks again to everyone working that day/time, they were all so friendly and helpful.

DONT ORDER ONLINE!! i ordered very expensive pants and never received them and was told i will get a refund but never did. it’s been months and i never got my $80 back. i decided to give them another chance on black friday to get a gift for my friend and they only sent out one of my items and took off the black friday deal since my other item was out of stock. i now have only one necklace on the way and was charged $40!! i called costumer service to get a refund and was very nice about it but the girl on the phone was insanely rude for no reason. she had the worst attitude and used rude words with me. overall she said she can’t cancel the order and i need to “figure it out” i’m never shopping here again.

Crazy how rude this employee named Alison was today. I was told that I couldn’t have a receipt for a return, that it was sent to my email, yet I had no email.
Then I had to pay for a different size on an IPad type device. I took a pic of the return on the counter and the extremely rude Sales lady as proof that I went to the store and returned jeans. She screamed at me, harassed me, and followed me to my car for taking a pic. I ignored her and drove away. Corporate needs to know about this. Her behavior was threatening and criminal. Not a healthy woman. Here she is.

You need to fire Justine, she yelled at me for asking her about the 20% off discount. She later started calling me very inappropriate words just like the (R slur) and called me a c*nt. She is very inpatient and later threw money at me. I was exiting the store and she continued insulting me. I am very upset of this behavior and hope the best for Justine.

Sidney intentionally rang up one of my items twice, thinking I wouldn't notice. By intentionally, I mean she folded everything as she rang up and then put them aside. Then reached over to the folded clothes and scanned an item again. When confronted, she obviously apologized and acted as if it was a mistake, when clearly it wasnt. Other than that, everyone else was nice and clothes were cute.

The website says the store opens at 11:00AM on Saturday, and it is now 11:24am and the doors are still locked with no workers in sight. Multiple customers have tried to opened the doors also under the impression that the store opened at 11am. Calling this store did not help because no one picked up and after unanswered rings, a loud and continuous beeping played. This is really unhelpful and unprofessional to customers.
