Completely rude and disrespectful! Acted as if I shouldn’t have been there like I was bothering her! I asked multiple times to put my number in for the rewards. Also I got an iced coffee, I thought for the iced coffee you use the regular styrofoam cups I got a medium, at other gates there are plastic cups. So since I didn’t see one I assumed that bc if I use the regular coffee cups you don’t get much bc of how skinny the cup is and with the ice in it, so she charges me for a large coffee and a cup of ice!!!! Down right ridiculous! Bc I fill my cup up with ice and use medium leaving room to put creamer in my drink on the machine I get maybe under a half of the cup with coffee…. I mean with inflation and everything already going on no reason to charge someone the price it isn’t!! Making up prices should be a fire able offense!

This is a smaller & older Gate station. The soda fountain station was a little messy & sticky, not a big deal as the employee had just started cleaning while I was there.

The Mountain Dew at the fountain was out. When I told the employee, he went straight to the back to change it out.

Hey y'all as a black females we need laws to protect us I just went to this gate station with this white woman with long curly hair and she had her neanderthals scary looking bearded boyfriend? escalated a disagreement about a third filled bottle of honey that I wanted to take with me because I had just filled up my thermos. I was willing to pay whatever she needs to charge ... Yes I talked back and I defended myself but it was just ridiculous I had to go to the car to get a little empty container I'm thinking she couldve made a sell on a cup if she just let me use a cup in the store; but, she instead wanted to call the police on me.🙎🏽‍♀️
This incidents occurred around 6:15 p.m. Sunday August 4th 2024. My God.

It's the best station surrounding the Bellair Meadowbrook neighborhood. The hot food is decent and cheap. Staff is nice. icee machine works every time I want one.

No coffee lids. Lol. And when I went to check out the employee didn't bother to tell me the total. I had to ask and he spoke so softly i could not hear him. It was obvious he simply didn't care and didn't want to be there. An overall bad experience

Overall best customer service for a convenience store in the area. Clerks are efficient at their jobs and know their customers. Management deals well with the numerous daily challenges. Hats off to Jeri and her crews.

rude employees especially Angle in the AM. Did not know if there is a sale like a $1 off items and you want two they will not give you the 2 with the $1 off coupon attached. did not know there was a limit. Angle face expressions were very indignity. wont be back to this store to by anything in the AM.
