This is one of those places that has the surcharge for using a debit card under so much purchased. Personally, I won't go back to a store that does this. They make enough money to have the monthly usage waved. It just seems like gouging.

Unfortunately learning a lesson on dog eat dog customer service with English as a 2nd language. They often talk on phone and make errors. Do simple math if you shop here.... They took over $14 today then played stupid, broken English. Not the 1st time. I've been almost way over charged but corrected him in the past. Today I got the wrong flavor tobacco, I drove back. She took the wrong flavor while on the phone, then I noticed they did have my flavor. So I offered to buy 5 more. She kept ringing it up & subtracting. I was wondering what's going on. I said I will buy 5 but you owe me 2 more (7).You just put 2 on shelf (in her mind they disappeared). She was going to charge for 5 but give me 3. So lose lose. I said I won't be back. Besides daughter refuses to shop here for years now, since purchasing a cookie with ants in it.

I'm pretty sure that they overcharged me I bought 3 drinks it was 9.03 the lady didn't even know the price of the drink. Will only go here if I'm dying of thirst.

35 years ago, I used to ride my bike down here to spend my allowance on the excellent candy selection. Glad to see they still have it. Docking one star for getting snapped at by the clerk one day to hurry up and pick my candy. While they weren’t wrong, it is burned into my memory.

They truly have the best customer service around! I have been going to this store since I was a little girl only recently have been going regularly since the beginning of my pregnancy. I went on a walk to their store with My daughter now 2 months old who they have only met 2x. Jeff’s wife says to me I’d like to get her something but I’m not sure what you need I told her that I think we’re pretty set on stuff right now and she left for a second and came back with a package of diapers which were the right size too. This was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and it definitely made my day!

My grandparents owned this store back in the 1950’s…used to love visiting them there. When they owned it, the living quarters were in the back of the store. Great memories!!!

Jeff and his wife are awesome people and treat you right, with great low prices. They have a lot of items you would not think they had. The best locally owned little big market in Oregon!
