This was my worst experience ever at this store or any store for that matter. There were 2 employees in the building, (that I could see) and nobody else, and neither of them (the employees) said one word to me or my husband. Nobody offered to help us at all. They just stood in the middle of an isle near the front of the store and talked to each other. I have never felt more uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unwanted at a place of business, in my life. I used to love this store 10-15yrs ago when I first came here. I even liked it about 3yrs ago when I last visited this store. However, after my horrible experience today, I will no longer ship here. And I won't recommend it to another person either.

I'd give zero stars. Went in to buy some shirts, the 2 women working ignored my wife and I. Guess racism runs wild there. Because as soon as a Latino walked in, they were more than happy to help them. They lost a $200 sale because they won't help a white person.

Purchased a men’s pro club jacket Second time to zip it up the zipper kept splitting had the jacket two days went to return it with the receipt and they’re saying they could not exchange it because the tag was missing and to call a supervisor on Monday called numerous times and no one answers spending 52.00 for a jacket would have thought it would have lasted longer then zipping it 2 times. And they should have exchanged the jacket.

Went in to get a t shirt and personalize it. We had never been here before, it was a Saturday and Mother's Day was the next day.
We walked around the store until we found the area we needed (very obvious if we had just looked!). I use a walker, and I couldn't walk thru some of the aisles, too narrow.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The t shirts were reasonably priced and a lot of colors were available for each size.
There was a good print type, color and size variety also.
The printing was done efficiently and quickly. About 10 minutes total I believe.

A lot of the stuff they had isn't there anymore. Good value items for the money.

Their store advertises on their storefront that they sell many, many things, including shoes. I poked my head in one day to ask; they do not sell shoes.

However, they do sell lots of clothes. My teenage son was pleased with their selection. We may be buying many of his clothes here in the future.

The salespeople were very helpful in directing us to what we were looking for. They have knowledge on sizing and which of their products shrink a lot, despite being made completely of polyester.

Two things I noticed: their wares are not returnable or exchangeable. Their receipt says "because of Covid."

Also, my son wanted to try things on. There are two dressing rooms, and one was in use. A clerk told us we couldn't use the second dressing room because "the door locks from the outside." We waited patiently for the dressing room to be available.

If your store's major product is clothes, would you not invest in many well-operating dressing rooms and a good return/exchange policy? Still, our visit was smooth and swift. We'll most likely be back again.

the girls working there need to work on their customer service. they are rude and ignore you. please hire some friendly workers or train them on how to treat a customer and how to put a smile on their face.
