Very unprofessional and piss poor work. I have frequented this shop many times never having an issue. Well this last time will be the last one. I should have been called when the ribbon I provided wasn't coming out good. The owners should have communicated about what I actually asked for. Instead the work was done and it looks horrible! When brought to their attention they argued and blamed the ribbon I provided. What about what I actually asked for? So when they finally said they would repair and my husband took it to them they just refunded. (Against their policy) (basically saying they don't want business from me or anyone)

Very nice workers! Went in yesterday to buy some buttons for homecoming and the worker showed me some more that she thought I would like! I then showed my sorority sisters and they went to purchase some as well! Definitely will come back for more!

I am a first time customer. My grandson is a freshman in the Southern Marcheners. So on Aug 31 I ordered 3 t-shirt. 2 for me one for my daughter. We were wanting them for the first home game. Well I called when they didn’t arrive in 3 days. The lady I talked to looked it up said it was sent priority mail should have gotten in in 2 to 3 days. The second time I called she gave me the tracking number so I could track it. Well it says it left Jacksonville on Sep1 it went somewhere it doesn’t say where and has been there since Sept 5 says it will arrive later but is in transit. Well I don’t think so cause it’s sept 15th still no shirts and no one at post office can tell me where it’s at. It like wherever it got to on the fifth it’s stuck. I think the store should be the one trying to find the package since I paid them for it and still after almost 16 days I still have no shirts which have been paid for plus shipping.So I am out 78 dollars and no shirts after 16 days of waiting and can’t even track where the package is. I am not a satisfied first time customer and wish they would refund my money or let me pick up the shirts I ordered at their store next week. If not resolved will probably not order from them again. The owners are super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you see something you like but wished it was slightly different, just ask, I bet they'll do it. You can take your own stuff or buy from there. One of the easiest places to come out happy!!!!!
