I wash going to order my tires and wheels online at a company I’ve used before, I prefer to shop locally if at all possible. At Point S in Albany not only did I get exactly what I wanted, I got it for a better deal and sooner, the whole process took less than an hour, great customer service! On of my wheels came from the manufacturer missing 18 pieces of needed hardware Chris contacted the manufacturer and they overnighted a hardware package. Forever customer!!

Love coming to this store. Great help and people. Always willing to help and feel safe having them help my wife or girls when they needed help, when I was out of town. They even got to them ahead of other people to get them back on the road instead of waiting in the lobby when the other cars were dropped off. Great staff.

Ok, so Point S "Gills" has above and beyond, surpassed quality service, the service they have provided has helped me build my business.
I drive 3,000 miles a week...
I had them replace my rims and tires with what Chris suggested I use for my work. Mileage improved, ride improved, stress free operation!
Then I had them replace my shocks and struts with again their choice of parts for my kind of work.
This is the safest I have ever felt in any truck! Total control of my ride for 900 miles now.
If the Federal Highway Commission could make it mandatory for vehicles to be serviced by Point S, we would all certainly be a lot safer on the road!
I salute you Chris, John and Garret at Point S!
Point S will be my fleet service providers from now on!

Can’t thank these guys enough! I was in town for a dog show and my tire was about to basically fall off. They got me in the next day and had it fixed so fast. The price to have it done was 3x less then what I imagined AND they fixed 3 rather than 1!!!! Will recommend and maybe get things worked in there when I’m in town because how easy it was to have them work on my car. Highly recommend!!!
