Worst gas station ever. My son and I went there Sun Feb 15 and paid for $40 in gas and left. Upon leaving we noticed the gas guage hadn't moved from E and thought the float must be stuck so we continued on to Galena KS where the car suddenly died. We had the car towed to Dale's Garage in Galena and the next day they called and said there was nothing wrong with the car except the gas tank was empty. They charged us $25 for 3 gal of gas and the diagnostic. Thankfully Dale's Garage is an honest and reputable business unlike Gitter Done whose owner Manny never called me after I went in amd complained to the staff and left my number. Apparently he thinks we're scammers like he is. Unfortunately for him this is a genuine complaint and Dale's Garage can validate it. Don't waste your time and money here because they'll rob you and ignore you. I'll be contacting Phillips 66 customer service and the Oklahoma regulatory department so we'll see how Mr Manny responds to them.

God forbid you go there ever, let alone on a windy day. 45 mph winds forecast, but they failed to secure the huge trash cans to the pillars they were sitting on. Thank God it was only my car that was hit! And not an elderly person gassing up or a young mother with her toddler by her side! Did over $2600 damage to my car, caught on their security camera, as well as photos by his own employees, and Manny, the owner is denying it, saying 'Act of God '. Hmmm 🤔. Already crying he's contacted his attorney, good grief!

I usually don't post negative feedback on businesses but I have to say we had one of the rudest people help us tonight that I can remember. We drove 45 minutes from Joplin for an all night fishing trip on Grand. We had two minnow buckets and told the lady we wanted 3 dozen in each, she put around an 1 1/2" of water in each we had 7 minnows in one and and maybe 11 in another. I told her ther should have been 36 in each bucket at that point she got an additude and went back and added about 5 minnows in one bucket. So at that point I got mad and went back and dumped the minnows back where they came from and told them I wasn't paying for 6 dozen minnows and not even getting two. I don't plan on using these people again if I can help it. I might say that we probably but 36 to 50 dozen from these people a year they always short us a little but nothing like this lady. So definitely not happy when someone wastes a night of fishing for us since we couldn't get minnows anywhere else that late and what they gave us wouldn't have lasted 2-3 hours.

I like the actual service inside the only thing I have against the place is they have crack head people standing outside begging for money or trying to sell you something on 2nd shift hours and never leave you alone even when your direct with them so have been forced to go someplace else only reason they get two stars is they know about it and haven't done nothing about it while losing business at the same time.

Got a monster normally buy about three a day the safety seal fell offdidn't have the proper fizz in it and it tasted funny to me what don't let me exchange it for a new one he claimed there is nothing wrong with it

The gas is watered down. The owner pays employees under the table to avoid taxes. Alot of items in the store are expired and dates are changed

Nice convenience store with everything you would expect from a quick stop place. Clean inside & outside. Pump areas were clean and operable.
