I was referred to Glenpool Auto Body by a friend after someone had hit my Lexus while parked. It required a new fender, repaired bumper, and the front end / drivers side to be repainted and fully blended. The paintwork was great and is a very close match to the OEM Starfire Pearl Tri-Coat paint that is 10 years old. When I got the car back, it was also freshly detailed which was a nice touch. Sam was very easy to deal with and would use them again solely for their paintwork abilities.

I also want to note the wheel was refinished due to curb rash from the incident. They also did an alignment to check for any issues since the wheel was hit (keep in mind the vehicle drove fine and had no alignment issues before or after the incident and was strictly cosmetic). I pick up the car and there is a terrible steering wheel vibration above 35mph and the steering wheel is clocked to the right several degrees. There was also so minor scratches on the steering wheel which I could feel while gripping it. All of these issues were not present when I dropped the car off. I did not want whoever they sublet'ed this mechanical work to touch the car again and needed my car back ASAP. I paid out of pocket to have the alignment re-checked and fixed and the wheel rebalanced at my preferred shop. The driver side toe was out and the wheel was not rebalanced after it was painted per my mechanic. For management, I'd recommend QC'ing the work after vehicles are sublet'ed for work or find a new partner mechanic.

I hope these issues were a one off experience for me. The full detail and the quality of paintwork keeps my review / experience from being fully negative. Baring these issues did not happen, it would have been a 5 star review.

Super bummed about this.
My husband was involved in a car accident back in November, right before Thanksgiving. The other party that caused the wreck had insurance through progressive (which we were told by this auto body shop is a nightmare to deal with.)
We weren't expecting this to be a quick fix, but 45 days seemed a bit extreme to me. Fast forward to today when my husband went to pick up his truck. An employee handed him the keys, and he could IMMEDIATELY tell that the key she gave him wasn't his. For 2 reasons. 1. It was missing his keyfob and 2. The key looked BRAND NEW and didn't even have the chevy symbol on it. My husband told the employee, "these aren't my keys." To which the employee responded, "Yes they are, go try it."
-You'll see my frustration here in a second.-
1. My husband knows exactly what his keys look like, and this single key didn't even have the Chevy logo on it.
My husband was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but became more frustrated when he realized his radio was no longer working. Well, turns out the antenna was missing. I get it, and small mistake. However, you guys have had the truck for 45 days. Surely, when you're checking to make sure everything is back in order that you would have realized that.
My husband makes it home and is still so confused about his keys and his missing keyfob, so he decides to see if his 2nd set of keys (given at the time of purchase of the truck) would work. And of course.. it DIDNT work. So, my husband makes another trip back to the shop to which he was met with the same employee. He said this isn't my original key and my other set doesn't work either. She then admits that they lost his keys. She also said, "let me see if we still have your antenna and if we don't we will order you a new one."
I ended up calling up there to get the full story and she said the keys were lost. I said then why didn't anyone call us when they were lost and she told me she didnt know and that she would take the blame for that. You all had plenty of chances to come clean about it. You even had the chance to come clean about it when he came to pick the truck up. He told you those keys weren't his and then your response was, "yes they are."
She claimed she said that because there are multiple Chevy trucks out there. But at what point did you not stop and think, "Oh shoot this must be the customer that we lost his keys and that's why he doesn't recognize the new one that we ordered."
Luckily they are ordering him another key fob, but the accountability with the situation would have gone a lot further. Explains why they had the truck so long. But we were told it was because of insurance.

This shop, the staff, and the owner have gone above and beyond the standard when it comes to customer service and quality. I HIGHLY recommend them, no matter where you live. Even if you live in Collinsville, Bartlesville, heck, even out of state, it's worth bringing your vehicle to this shop. They will take care of you and your vehicle.

The people there who run that business is very, very, very. Kind hearted and patient people! Very down to earth and make you feel right at home. Courteous and very professional. I recommend them above any towing service and above any other car repair garage. I haven't experienced this kind of service in years. They will always have my business and I most definitely will be sending customer's their way.
