I spent many days searching for a wedding venue, from the all-inclusive ones that include everything including decorating and providing catering and service, to the bare bones DIY style wedding where you just book a room and do everything else yourself. After many hours, I decided on Glenpool Conference Center because they are just so nice and friendly and easy to work with, plus the room size and the outside amphitheater created the perfect ambiance for our nice little wedding. When weather was looking questionable, they went above and beyond and even offered to let us perform the wedding itself in the back lobby area that overlooks the amphitheater. Lucky for us, the weather turned out perfect, albeit a little windy. From start to finish, Jamie took great care of us and was happy to assist in any way she could and we are forever grateful for her and her coworkers for making us feel comfortable and lessen the stress of a wedding. I highly recommend giving this center your business.

I was in my sisters wedding here, the venue double booked events, we had to share the kitchen with the other wedding, we had to hash out how to share the kitchen, then it wasn't enforced once the time came, our dinner ran late bc of this, Pete just stood there. There shouldntve been multiple events, but since there was there should've been rules in place for the other wedding on entrances, bathrooms, and rules how to share the space for the other wedding that booked significantly after my sister's. Plus she was told she couldn't have her original date she wanted because there was another event- not even in the same part of the building she was requesting- and the the venue booked the 2nd wedding, (that she was originally told was a small wedding when confronting Pete, and turned out to be a 200+wedding) who disrespected our wedding several times and Pete let it happen until we got defensive, he did enforce what was fair once the families fought for the shared space. They should've never been allowed to book the wedding, they were promised everything in the building and so was my sister, we still didn't get some amenities since they were there. The venue never notified my sister and bil about a change of amenities, and the venue should've told the 2nd to book wedding to use the other main entrance (they had access to both, we only one) as they asked if our guests could enter and exit via the back doors by the dumpster to not disturb their guests at the entrance they chose), bathrooms were crowded as they directed their guests to the bathrooms on our wing of the building instead of the other side they had access to and we didn't. My sister got dirty looks and heard snide comments from the other wedding party's guests thinking she was a wedding crasher in a wedding dress. The 2nd wedding shouldn't have been allowed to book, there was so much negative interaction every minute before the wedding with the other wedding trying to push us out of common space and Pete doing nothing to make sure the weddings were using common space equally until we fought back demanding it. Proceed with caution, your wedding may get double booked for the same time and you yourself may have to fight for a single oven and single prep table to prep your food at around the other weddings trashing of the kitchen while they worked, I personally almost slipped on one of the bags that had wedding attire in it that for some reason they were keeping in the kitchen

Was here on a weekend for a Mexican Quinceañera and Oh my God I loved it. The place its huge I belive that tine there might have been a little over 400 people. Decoration was beatiful they had super clean bathrooms and a pretty big size kitchen for catering services available. Waiters were amazing they were very courteous and atrentive. Food was amazing eventhough they were hired externaly. Not sure if they offer food also. Its not the most affordable but definitively worth every penny. Loved it

I was the day of coordinator for a wedding last night with 250 guests. There were two staff on site helping. The first was lovely woman who was kind and helpful. She was lovely. The next was PETE. Pete was a delight and oh so helpful at every moment. He was delightful and moved tables and chairs when we were running out of time to clean up.
