This was a spot I stopped by to get gas in the middle of the night. Afterwards, while I was cleaning my windows, a staff member came and started yelling at me to get out. I did not understand what happened. I came here to buy gas. I don't understand why he's firing me.

First review of 2023.

Just got my gas at the station, price seems pretty fair at this time of year.

I made a mistake and went to the wrong pump and the gentleman at the register helped me swap pumps without a hassle.

I didn't even pick a pump so I rushed to swap pumps. Before I even told him which pump it was, he already swapped to the correct station I was on. And honestly I think that is the best customer service at a gas station.

I have some reserved comments about the one star reviews I have seen. About losing dollar bills leaving that the register, this is your money, you should atleast watch the guy take it before leaving. And the other about taking change out of a few bucks, bro this is a gas station not a bank.

Anyways, if I am in the area, will visit this gas station again.

Who has 1 employee working on a Saturday morning on busy beach blvd and closes the store to go on break? Why isn't there more than 1 person working so the store stays open? Basic managing techniques. Get it together people.

I've been buying gas at this location many, many years, sometimes go out of my way to pump gas here because they always accepted my big bill when I don't have small bills. Today, 04/23/2019 @ 2:25 pm I went in and placed $25, four $5 plus five singles on the counter and told the cashier my pump number (he was on the phone) and headed out, I was on my way out he asked what number? I replied number 2, please, then headed to my pump. I've noticed there were only $20 prepaid. So I headed back and told the cashier my pump is number two. I thought he must mistaken mine with the gentleman came in behind me. The cashier said, yes. I then, said I want $25, not $20, there's only $20 showing on the pump. I said, there must be a mistake because I counted my moneys twice before coming in. The cashier, then replied I shouldn't leave my money there on the counter...I then explained to him I never had this problem before...and he was busy on his phone. There's only me, and the gentleman came in behind me. How could there be a mistake? He said, I put in the money for you as you paid. I then asked him to count his drawer, he said, I know what I put in there, it was only $20...I asked to speak to the manager, the cashier then replied what do want, talk to me, I'm the manager, pointing at his name tag, Samuel (middle eastern man in his 50's curly black hair, about 5'4, and 150lbs).

I've been going to this station many, many years, paid cash many times. Never once encountered a situation like this. To say I'm not happy is an understatement.

When you have a 18 gallon gas tank you had them $100. they tell you they have no change you tell them that your gas tank is empty and your change will be approximately $40 or less and they tell you they don't have any change really! And there's only three pumps available

1)WATCH OUT!!! A CASHER GIVE YOU SHORT CHANGE!!! I stopped by to get change($5 quarters) for filling up the 5 gallons of water on July 9 2014 3:30PM. A middle eastern guy (middle age) try to rip me off for change front of my face. I asked him for $5 of 20 quarters for change, and he purposely miss count and try to give me $3 of 12 quarters. The casher trying to cover up his mistake and playing stupid after tried to rip me off, but it was way too obvious that he clearly tried to rip off all customers. He did count twice and than 3rd time I counted for him before I hand out my money and I had to proof him that he counted wrong. $5 is 20 quarters not 12quarters!!!
...I wonder? A CASHER GIVE YOU SHORT CHANGE? CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT HE DOSE THAT TO ALL CUSTOMERS, IT WILL ADD UP QUICK!!! The gas station owner needs to fine out about this, so I wrote the time and date. He needs to get fire!!!! or go back to tower land middle east where he belong to ......
2) I asked him to post sign that water machine was't working since machine only filled up half way for $1.50. He said "That's not our problem and that's not our machine!! I get rip off any how today..... I would never go back there ever again!!!!! WATCH YOUR CHANGE COUNT AND DOUBLE CHECK TO SEE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET RIGHT CHANGE!!!!!!

Worst customer service....paid to fill up the tires but instead it took air out of them. When I went to talk to the cashier he told me that its out of service and there was a sign but there was clearly no sign. He then told me that if I want my money back I had to figure it out by calling the number on the box. They didnt care to help or solve the solution. Never coming back here and do not recommend this place to anyone.
