I have been a faithful customer since I moved to town mid 2024 and come in a minimum of once a week, or more. I had accumulated quite a bit of points (well over $50, as far as I can remember). They ended up switching to a new system and all my prior points were lost. They claimed they had signs up, but never once was it brought to my attention during a purchase.

After complaining to the staff, they offered nothing to make the situation right. I am choosing to take my business elsewhere, as a result.

Gnome Grown is my favorite dispensary, I used their Oregon City location forever before moving here. They have top shelf good flower at good price points. If you like that top shelf, this is the place to go.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They were even patient with my 85 year old great aunt when she parked somewhere she wasn’t supposed to. Excellent prices on flowers, just check the harvest date!

I've got 90 % of my smoke from this place for the last 3 years. Today I wanted to use my accumulated credits to buy a dabber. I was told I have $1. 53 in credits and that they recently canceled the old credits so I'll need to start over
That's certainly a lack of integrity. I don't deal with liars so I'll simply look for my new store
