Came in the store today to get the same thing I always get, two packs cigarettes, buy 2 get 280 off, I always deal with the nice young lady in there and have no problems, go in there today and there's a new guy working, this is 1030 Wed morning, and this time I had a $10 lottery ticket, long story short? This guy could not do basic math, I ordered my cigarettes and the total comes out to 1786, he did not take the $10 lottery ticket off the total that would of made it 786, so I could tell he wasn't understanding or could not do simple math, so I said forget it, I'll go to the other store, the guy slams open the cash register and throws the cash at me instead of handing it to me, the slams the cash register door where you can tell it probably broke, and I left, you should be careful who you hire, if you can't do basic math and then your going to get called out for it and act like a baby and unprofessional then you should not be working a the gas station, it's as easy as 123

Poor service, and the lazy teen wasn't on the phone. She didn't help the guy in front of me either. So he just left. Mine was easy, check the lottery ticket, she said machine is broken. FYI she's bad for business. My husband said "remind me not to come to this store again." My husband of 50- years, is easy going.

If you come here before 8 am the pumps are usually closed. This is the closest gas station that i live by and the pumps are always closed when I go there before 8 am. Then today at 2 different pumps I put my card in and it sat there waiting for the "wait a moment please" sign to move to select nozzle and grade and it canceled my transaction and there is plenty of money on my card. I hate this location and I'm upset that Casey's took over circle k. Cause this didn't happen when it was circle k. I have never had so many issues at this location until they took over. Now I have to drive out of my way to go to 7-Eleven.

Has become one of if not the worst place to stop in Norman. Supposed to be one of the only gas stations that says 24 hours but are never opened past 1 am
Kid inside just hangs out and looks like he has nothing better to do. The employee blocks the front half of the entire gas station with their vehicle, and doesn’t help anybody at nighttime. Just take your business elsewhere

Been coming to this location for about a year. Always stop on my way to work at about 6:00 am. The past 3 times I’ve stopped there both doors were locked with an employee inside looking like he was counting the cigarettes. Never turned around once after I jiggled the door to come open it. It says they’re open 24 hrs but I guess that doesn’t apply to this location. I agree with all the other reviews about the problems with this store. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to another place. I won’t stop here again.

Honestly just take your business elsewhere, like 7/11 one block north, reason being that this location used to be the best spot when it was a circle K's. But ever since Casey's bought the location it has become worse. They periodically close the store throughout the day maybe at least twice a day.

This location has two doors one of which is always closed and locked. The wife stopped to get gas the other day and had trouble paying at the pump and found both doors locked and waited close to 20 minutes for someone to finally come ambling to the front of the store. Today as I was fueling my vehicle a yong woman pulled up and tried to go in the door that is always locked and had to go to the other side of the store. That door was locked also. There was a sign hidden among all the other advertizments saying that the store was "closed for a staff meeting". This is rediculous! What buisness shuts its doors during buisness hours for a meeting?! I use this location for conveniece but I will drive another five minutes to one of their competators...they are NEVER closed!
