Purchased a nice item from this location. Absolutely terrible spot for a sticker, it took the wood stain right off. There were no imperfections until now. All items should have the stickers on the bottom, to prevent this issue.

If you are a VETERAN or SPOUSE OF a VETERAN, Avoid this place at all costs! They are a complete disgrace to those who have risked their lives serving this country. I am the wife of a veteran and on Thursday they CLAIM* to offer a veterans discount, YET… I was DENIED a discount even providing my husbands VA identification card, simply because he was on the phone with me and not present. I have been here before with him, and never have I seen such inconsideration for Veterans. Everyone knows that the wife of a Veteran falls under the exact same benefits the spouse is given, plus he was on speaker with me while he was at work. The fact that this “person” refused to honor a small discount is a complete DISGRACE. I will NEVER shop here, ever again. Although I normally don’t anyhow, I was picking up some holiday items, and left them all at the counter for her to put back for being such an honorable citizen. This place is OVER PRICED ANYHOW, and also they denied a homeless man a used blanket simply because he didn’t have the money to pay for it. Class act indeed!

Drop-off donations go fine, but wanted to donate a bunch of furniture, and they wasted 15 minutes gathering info before telling me they wanted $277 to PICK IT UP!! Looks like it'll go to the curb.

This is NOT a review of ReSupply. I called Goodwill, and asked them, "Do you pick up donations?" The reps answer was, "Yes, but WE have a separate number for that," which she then gave me. That's on Goodwill. They SHOULD have said, "For a FEE, we can REFER YOU to a THIRD PARTY to pick it up." For example, if you are a contractor, and you subcontract work, that work reflects on YOU and YOUR business. Lowering the review one more star for Goodwill's crappy response.

If you're looking for bargains don't come here, prices are very high here. Not worth going to on the regular. I will say for the most part it is kept as neat and clean as this type of place can be, but that doesn't justify the prices. Whoever is in back pricing needs to realize they aren't a antique store or new retail store.

Awful management, I’ve only had 2 situations where I’ve needed to make a return that was within goodwills return policy, the second time they sold me counterfeit goods and management told me I should expect that and their not at fault so I had to inform them it was actually illegal in order to get a refund. Management is the direct cause of this and immediately are unwilling to work with you and try to argue with every reasonable suggestion you make. Great store but unfortunately management ruins it.

Goodwills seem to have become more expensive over the years, and this one is no exception, but it is still much more economical to shop here than even Walmart. This store is very large, has lots of inventory of all kinds (see my photos). It has a large off-street parking lot.

VERY CLEAN STORE. I was impressed. I’m from Illinois and Goodwills in our area are caddy shacks to what you have in Lehigh Acres, Fl. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. Prices were enticing. NOT GOUGING like they are back home. My experience from Entrance to Departing was quite Pleasurable!
You renewed my hope in people helping people.

I bought a pair of shoes. I needed them for work of course I don't have money. so that's why I went to the Goodwill retail store. I got the shoes for $6.30 I was kind of smiling at this point . Glad that that problem was solved .So I could get to my first day at work. I forgot to grab the receipt on my way out .Didn't think I would be coming back to return a pair of shoes. Who thinks they're going to be returning anything to Goodwill?!!!!! After 3 hours on the job my shoes started falling apart granted they're used shoes someone gave them to the Goodwill!! for a reason!!!! By the end of the day both Souls of the shoes came completely off .Very embarrassing I might add..... Anyhow I'm not even sure if I even want to take my time to take the shoes back there. I'm just kind of disgusted the whole situation but I blame no one ! Just a story that I thought I would share with those who are reading . And if you're interested I posted pictures up for you to see the shoes thank you for reading and have a great day PS I have found a lot of good items at the Goodwill just saying
