Selection is usually pretty decent. What has ruined this store for me is the cashier Dusty C. The last two times we’ve gone she has been our cashier. She is rude, barks the total out and snatches the money out of our hands. Then each time she has tried to shove $60-$80 of merchandise (much of it vintage pottery and dishes) in one bag. This time I didn’t even try to ask her to wrap anything or put it in a box because of how hateful she was when we asked the last time. Didn’t even make it to the car before the bag handles tore. I love this goodwill and how close to home it is and my husband and I go sometimes up to three times a week but I will be driving farther to the bixby location from now on to avoid having to experience such rotten customer service.

I dont know what this tina problem is with dusty c. But i have never have had a problem with her service or her attitude she has always been very nice and helpful for me. Thank u dusty c for being so kind.

Selection used to be decent, last time I went in they didn’t have much to look at and I couldn’t tell what was the men’s vs. women’s clothing section. I heard that the reason for this is the fact they don’t get shipments anymore, #BringTrucksBack

the employees are so nice and i have always loved this location. however they stopped taking trucks and only do donations. disappointing selection now. bring back trucks.

If you want to do a family nerf battle I found nerf guns for a 2 or 3 dollars each and went to Walmart a got some bullets

The store is clean and very well organized. Most of their stock is clothing, though. They are pretty limited on household items. Prices are widely variable. Some were very near retail, while there were others that seemed reasonable for used items.

Worst Goodwill in the area. They put nothing but junk out on the floor broken glass items and pictures with water damage.
