A new senior resident here in Roseburg, OR I had to stop by the Goodwill and pick out some paperbacks to read. Did find a few and thank you to the nice lady who helped me.

I brought a bag of nice clothing to donate. There was a lady in front of me unloading her car and I walked up to the guy with the bin and asked if I could put mine in the bin. He said it wasn't allowed, so I just sat the bag on the ground there and turned to go back to my car and he said rudely, or you can just leave it on the ground. I told him, it's just some clothes and I left.
Kinda expect some good will when you donate, not rudeness.
I won't donate again to Goodwill. I will go somewhere else.

Over priced and the supervisor has an attitude problem. Not worth the trip...smaller, local shops have better for less and no attitude!

It worked out perfect for me. I needed some coveralls to do some oil change and an oil pan to do so with. Found both items for under $10. I would definitely come back here again if needed certain items.

Seriously overpriced!
Goodwill used to be my go-to for used items and now it's prices (steap in the first place) are continuing to go up. Prices are often MORE then the item new or an equivalent item new. Went in to get pants for my daughter and found a pair that was $19.99. Goodwill PLEASE reconsider your pricing. You get all these items for free and then make it difficult for people to even be able to afford them. 🙁

The staff is always so friendly! The selection is great and they try to keep the store clean even though some customers make a mess and don't put things back. The restrooms are always clean, too!
