We were excited to see this location open again but were shocked by the price and even more shocked by the portion. The photo is of a $6.50 single scoop ice cream. With the other great local options, we won’t be returning here. 🙁

absolutely try the vanilla ice cream. It's the best ice cream I have ever eaten and I don't even have a point of comparison because it's that good. This was a delicious and very interesting experience. Lots to be learned about chocolate here you can do a factory tour and also read about the cocoa plant. They have a nice informative about all the different steps in making chocolate. The chocolate they've designed as both delicious and beautiful and they seem to be reasonably priced for a designer chocolate place. We very much enjoy the ice cream that is made in an over 50 year old machine but is delectable. I would say that if you're in bed and it is definitely worth the trip to titillate your taste buds here.

Fun little free, self-guided tour. Our 3-year-old boys loved it. Starts with a cacao tree and relic display, and then you walk through a hall around the small factory looking in at the workers and machinery through windows. About 10 minutes. Got to taste a piece of chocolate and some flavored popcorn after.

Fine for what it is. The self-guided tour is low-scale but free. The small seating area lacks charm, but this is the factory, not a proper sweet shop. A perfectly good way to spend 20 min. if you're in the area.

For all the potential of an established 'old fashioned' ice cream bar, this was probably the worst I've ever had. With a long bar there could be wonderful counter service. The music was lame, it's smelled of horrid sweet, everything is served in plastic and much more to the point, the two 'flavors' of ice cream I had tasted of absolute nothing! Whole in the market here in Bend for anybody who has an idea how to do it right, it wouldn't take much. Calling all hippies!

Their ice cream wasn't that good but you would think it was excellent by how much it cost. I've been several times so I can make a sound judgement. You are better off buying a pint of Ben & Jerry's, or Eberhards at the grocery store than buying a cone or shake here. It's not horrible ice cream, but it is definitely not worth what they charge.

This Goody's (on Division St.) is the best one! Popcorn always tastes fresh, not soggy from sitting out all day. Great selection of ice cream & I love the edible cookie dough!!

We found this place in a Bend tourist guide. When we got there we were not impressed. The "tour" was one hallway around the kitchen. The ice cream was way to expensive for being so ordinary. It was a long drive for something that wasn't very exciting. Save your time and money, folks.
