Terrible business practices!!! I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max in to get more adhesive added to the screen, due to the fact the screen was popping out of the frame, and when I returned to pick my device up there were permanent lines in my device image. These hicks have no idea how to fix phones and will just cause even more damage to your device. I highly recommend staying away from these incompetent buffoons.

They were fast, cheap and simple. I took the same phone to a different place in grove to fix my screen and it was 200 dollars more than what i spent here! And Radioshack got it fixed in less than 2 days.

My phone screen cracked and I wanted to get it replaced. The guy at the counter was very informative about the cost of repair (my phone is android) and the cost to buy a new phone plus information about LED vs OLED screens if I decide to get it repaired somewhere else to prevent screen burn. I didn't end up purchasing anything or any service but he was very polite and professional and I feel a lot better about my future decisions regarding this phone.

These guys are awesome! They let me loan my PS4 for about two weeks so I could pay off my phone being fixed. As a-lot of people know, your photos and
Contacts (no one memorizes numbers now)are all on your phone so this was a must for me…. Probably should memorize a few numbers.😅

Absolutely Horrendous service!!!!!

I brought in a laptop for a charge port replacement. after 6 weeks they hadn't fixed it, and once I picked it up they lost screws holding it together. and broke the case!!

Big store. Pinball and arcade machines on display. Although they did not have a battery in stock for my S23+ parts arrived in 2 days and the replacement was done in 2 hours

They have a neat ensemble of games, gadgets, souvenirs, plus things for our phone.
I got a new screen for my case that seems shatter proof, I love the feel. The wood burning is beautiful, they make Christmas ornaments and all else. I got a Bible verse that my family loves.
I also get my phone serves set up there with consumer cellular.
Check them out! My family loves this place.

The new owner is very knowledgeable and seems very confident in his work. Change is not always easy but time will tell. It's hard when you develop a relationship with people and then they are gone. We must hope for the good in the new entities. Best Wishes
