Horrible service. Took my mower in the first time back in 2021 and just wanted the tuneup service done. Went to pick it up and the owner said the bill was a whole lot more than I was expecting. Apparently that model was known to have a faulty part and they went ahead and replaced it even though mine was not faulty. Instead of calling me to talk about the notice they just went ahead and did it and expected me to pay for it. I gave them another shot earlier this year for the exact same thing. Blade sharpening and service. Was supposed to be a little over $200 and they called saying the bill was ~345$. Went up there again and not in a good mood, they found some brackets that needed to be replaced and instead of calling they just went ahead and did it. Once again with no call to me to notify me. The old owner there just seems to think no one cares about money and will pay whatever they say. Never an apology or anything, just excuses. As long as the older gentleman runs that store I would not recommend anyone to go there. I hope he takes his car to the shop one day and they just replace his transmission without telling him. Maybe then will he understand what a little bit of communication can do.

TL;DR
Gave them 2 shots and both times failed miserably.
Older owner is horrible at customer service and wont call you if you need extra work on your equipment than you discuss. He will just replace it and expect you to pay for it no matter what your financial situation is.

This place reminds me of Hums hardware when Billy ran it. They treat you the same every time. Doesn't matter if you're spending $5 on a lawn mower key or $5000 on a zero turn. They did a great job on the Honda push lawn mower I took up there a week ago.

I brought in a lawn mower for repair a while back. I dropped it off and about a week later I called to see if they had an estimate on the mower. They told me they had not started working on it yet. Another week went by and then they called telling me they fixed it and it was ready for pick up.

I picked it up and they had done all the work I asked for and the charge was quite reasonable considering the labor and parts. The only thing I wished was that they would have given me an estimate on the cost to fix and a timeline when the work might be completed.

But overall, the price and quality of work is excellent. I would recommend.

I would have given them a negative 20 stars if possible. They charged me 37 dollars for a 22 inch Murray push mower blade and didn’t want to put it on. They are rude and have no customer service skills at all. They need an update that will make them aware of the century we are living in. I really take care to do my best to be nice everywhere I go. I believe everyone deserves a chance due to them potentially having a bad day. But it is sad to be nice and get treated with contempt.

Had my weedeater....finally repaired. Found out this particular weedeater is about 30 years old!?
Can't remember where I got it, but always started after one pull. It sat in storage for over three years and was found to have gummed up, cobwebs in the cylinder and gas filter clogged.
Doesn't start after one pull anymore, but once started it does the job.

I've used this shop a few times in the past since my go to establishment closed up shop and they moved to Ohio or Indiana off Redmond road. They don't service Husqavana so my business is limited to none. When I did need them they usually had the parts in stock but getting into the shop and out could take weeks so they were lastly a part house for me. Descent prices and good customer service.

We are new to the area and we are so grateful for this small engine repair shop,they have repaired or tuned up many yard machines for us,leaf blowers,lawn mowers,leaf vacuum etc VERY reasonably priced,fast service and ALWAYS runs like new.they are worth every penny and have saved us thousands on new equipment, they also have really good prices on their new mowers and equipment and parts.please support this small business they are so rare in today's world
