Green Light Food Mart reminds me of a 711 just without the slurpies, the coffee machines, and the hot food ready-to-eat. They do have a big liquor section, and Carrie a little bit more of grocery items than what 711 would normally. I found one of my favorite snacks that usually 711 only carries, and that's why it reminds me of a 711.
From what I noticed, the customers at this shop are regulars because they address the guy behind the cash register super chummy and friendly, just like friends.
Overall, I would say that they used the layer of the store quite nicely. For what amount of items they have and from what the space of the store allows. It's enough stuff that it's not too stuffy or overcrowded. On my way to check out, The cashier dose speak English so I didn't have to whip out my rusty Spanish but I was sort of looking forward to speaking in spanish because I need the practice and I thought I was gonna use it because he spoke to in Spanish to everybody else in the store.

This place rips people off, and the man at the register charges extra money . When you ask for a receipt, he then tries to give you one that just shows the total amount, not an itemized list. I then said no, I need an itemized receipt. After looking through the supposed itemized one with bad ink, it was discovered that, in fact, he overcharged my card by more than $9.00, but he wouldn't refund me the difference. I have tried to speak to the OWNER and have no return call, and supposedly, he is NEVER in the store
I have filed a FRAUD with my bank and the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.
DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH THEM STEALING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

Went here regularly every 2 weeks for 8 years for Kratom until a new person working the register messed up a $20 lotto ticket and tried to make it my problem.

That's all I needed to just move my purchases online and go to Plaid Pantry for anything else.

Probably the only negative review I've issued on the internet, ever, but screw up and be hostile about it and I'm done.

Yesterday afternoon 5:48 pm I went to get beer and cigarettes. Got two 3 pack Modelo tall cans and the cigarettes. Stood in line in front of me we're 4 guys buying beer and snacks they were drunk. And when it was time for me to oay the cashier said "give me second this guy's grabbed a hat, he walked out stoped the guy and took the hat" and then came back charged me and I left. Today I wake up check my bank and saw that they charged me $51.65 for two 3 pack Modelo beer and cigarettes. Hope they resolve the situation and refund me the extra sum of money they took.

These are the friendliest people I have met in my 62 years.Whenever I came in they were so kind and treated me like family from day one!I actually would just make an excuse to go to store,to chat and share about our children and just anything pleasant to chat about.I was sometimes lonely and sad,missing my daughter in another country,my son on his own away at College with girlfriend (too busy).I left with a happy smile and feeling cheerful, even after a tough day.I love them and the stores variety of unique snacks;candies,cold drinks from other countries or at least so unique I hadn’t tried them.Love the diverse variety of beers,wines,coolers,mixers,and alcohol beverages for everyone,every occasion.The pretty things in display case beautiful hand crafted unique and some fun toys for children.Really fun and delightful family people.Like the “ old days”,the friendly neighborhood store.Make you feel special and always leave with a smile.I know it sounds cliche’ or a little silly sounding.But,I love these people and the store.I pray their doors stay open for many years to come.Sharing their,something for everyone!So many varieties of food,drinks,candies,coolest adult beverage selection in town.Tons of so many great choices along with a little gift of happy “to go” for free!I always take probably 15-20 minutes just trying to make a decision,with so many wonderful choices.and varieties for anyone’s taste.Great wines,beers and so many cool adult beverages,mixers and selections,I usually can’t decide on one.So I buy several of the cool choices every time.Also they thought to have things you don’t want to have to go to a big commercial grocery store stand in long line for that one cleaning supply or milk,juices,ice creams,

Great owners and workers. Glad to be able to support a local shop. Always very friendly. It's a key part of the community.
