I give this business 5 stars because this place has it together. Great selection of vehicles, they gave me a good value for my trade and worked with me on my down payment and they got my monthly payment below what I was asking for . Overall this was one of the best experiences at a car lot I had ever had . I didn't have to negotiate or haggle anything. The truck I purchased is an excellent vehicle and is in great condition. I'm very thankful that the lord led to this place and that these folks advocated on my behalf to put me in the truck I chose with the trade in I had and the down payment I could afford . I highly recommend giving these fine people your time and business the very next time your looking to purchase another vehicle. This review was not made at point of purchase or under direction of the car lot . No annoying pictures with my new vehicle were made . These are just good folks getting a good review because they deserve it .

RIP-OFF DEALERSHIP! I bought a used 2011 SUV with 150,000 miles on it. Within 2 weeks, I had to replace the battery, the serpentine belt, and the alternator. These three things were $1,700. Literally on the way home from the shop, the transmission goes out. This cost me an additional $3,800. I bought the car during the winter, and as soon as summer came around I learned that the air conditioner does not work. Had to replace the condenser and expansion valve and everything else. This cost me an additional $800. I bought this truck from Greenbrier for $8,500. But within 2 months I had to spend $7,000 out of my own pocket for repairs. Before I bought the truck I spoke to their supposed mechanic. He told me that he had personally checked over this vehicle multiple times and driven it many times and it was in excellent condition. His exact words. He even told me that he changed the oil for me. When the alternator and everything else went out, the shop I took it to told me there was not a drop of motor oil in the truck. There was also a Carfax that said there were multiple mechanical issues with this vehicle.I asked the mechanic about this, and he adamantly told me that the Carfax was incorrect and then showed me a separate Carfax with the same VIN number, but his had a picture of a different vehicle which was attached,that was even a different color. He told me that he had gotten this from Carfax and they gave it to him to show to customers that these reported mechanical issues were incorrect.I believed him. It never dawned on me that he was purposefully lying to my face.The rear end is damaged exactly like the Carfax claimed.Also, I'm about to have to replace all four window motors. They barely go up and down. Also, the sunroof leaks horribly in rain. You cannot even wash the car with the power sprayer without soaking the entire interior. Both mechanics that worked on my truck, told me that this dealership is known for selling these types of vehicles to unknowing customers and even lying to them like they did me. I don't see how they're still in business. I've never been ripped off like this in my entire life. I bought the truck for $8,500, and have had to add $7,000 for repairs out of my own pocket. That equals $15,500. The Blue book value is less than $4,000. I asked Greenbrier about these problems, and they got very angry and began accusing me of lying and damaging the car myself somehow. These are by far the most dishonest people I've ever met. I truly believe they not only knew of these problems, and lied to me about them, but I believe this is what and how their business model operates. They buy the cheapest junk cars at the auction, and then sell them to trusting customers in complete bad faith knowing they are ripping off every customer, with no remorse whatsoever. If you buy a car from these people, you will regret it for the rest of your life. Literally the worst people I probably ever come in contact with in my life. I don't know how they sleep at night. IN ALL OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR. THE WOMAN I BOUGHT THE CAR ADMITTED IT ON THE PHONE. SHE TRIED TO APOLOGIZE AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I TOLD HER THAT I'M GOING TO SUE HER. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN THE STATE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND HANG UP ON YOU. The big fat when them Kathy is the absolute worst day as far away from you her as you can. She is her main liar and the one that sells the junk cars that are the worst. I'm in the process of suing them now hopefully I will get some of my money back but stay away from Kathy she's a lowlife scumbag incompetent loser and a liar.
UPDATE: JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT THESE LOW LIVES COULDN'T GET ANY WORSE, FOUND OUT LAST NIGHT THAT I HAVE AN OIL LEAK THAT NEARLY BLEW UP MY ENGINE. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST HUMANS ON THE PLANET IN THE MOST INCOMPETENT SCUMBAGS ON EARTH. EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE IS A COMPULSIVE LIAR. I BOUGHT A CAR FOR $8,500 AND HAVE PUT $9,000 IN IT IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS. IT BLEW BOOKS FOR $4,000 YET I PUT CLOSE TO 17,000 IN THIS PIECE OF SHIT. The worst humans

Wow! Just WOW! I would give Greenbrier Auto Sales a hundred stars if I could! We had been casually looking for a very specific vehicle with a pretty strict set of criteria for more than 2 years and came across Greenbrier Auto Sales online ad. I called their office about 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday and asked Justin a couple questions and asked if they could provide the carfax. I received the carfax via email in minutes! The vehicle seemed to check all our boxes so the next day after work obligations we drove 2.5 hours and arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Friday. Chelsea had the vehicle parked in front for us to inspect and keys in her hand for our test drive. We sat down for super short, no games negotiation, we wrote a check and signed 2 documents and were leaving the lot with our new vehicle less than 40 minutes from the time we arrived on the lot. HIGHLY recommend this business for their great customer service and not wasting our time with upsale tactics and typical sales BS. They do business honestly and we enjoyed the entire experience of working with a small town local owned family business!

Wow.Amazing this was the first time we ever bought a vehicle sight unseen Ms Kathy was absolutely amazing communication was outstanding I had chatted with her over several days regarding this vehicle I was able to put a deposit to hold the vehicle and even though there were cash offers after I placed my deposit she did not sell it from under us her work ethic is outstanding she also came in 7:30 on a Saturday when they were closed to accommodate us when we arrived at the lot we were greeted like we were family everything was quick and smooth and exactly as described by her and on the website we drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and it was definitely worth it and we will recommend this car lot to anybody looking for a good car with great communication accurate descriptions I can't say anything more other than this was an amazing experience

We had the best experience here! All the staff were kind and helpful! They helped with our financing and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our price, lender and payment. They didn't rush or crowd us while we walked around looking. They immediately provided us access to test drive and offered we take it by our local mechanic to have it looked at. They provided carfax and let multiple family members check it out and drive before we made our decision. Paperwork and financing was fast and so easy. My daughter was a first time buyer they helped walk her through each step and took multiple payment methods for our down payment. They had the title ready to pick up the very next day! I’m so glad we decided to shop local and will recommend to anyone! We purchased a used vehicle as is and it was offered at a great price. My daughter loves her new vehicle!!

An excellent place to buy a car. They supply a FREE CarFax report for their vehicles. They are honest and polite, too. I bought a vehicle, and my offer was for the total price including sales tax I didn't know that you pay sales tax at the revenue office if you don't finance. After I paid the sales tax while registering, I called them, and they told me to come pick up a check for the sale tax. They were polite when I picked it up. I will be buying a vehicle from them again.
