Terrible customer service. I bought a washer several months back and when I did my first load the basket busted to pieces. Now I did buy this as is but the man told me to bring it back because he wanted to make it right. I’ve since been in 4 times and get the run around and he kept the washer!!! I called today to see if he could repair my dryer at a cheaper rate or cut me a deal on a used one since he still had the washer I paid 200.00 for and won’t return calls. He told us at one point to clam it and then he hung up. I will never go there nor recommend this place to anyone.

We Love Green’s furniture and appliance we took our washer in yesterday and they called us the next day and had it already fixed it ... they put a new pump in it , a new timer knob , a new hose and some other stuff all for $79... it works great !! We will be back ... thank you 😊 we will recommend to others .

We bought our washer a little over a year ago and a month after owning it we had to have it repaired which ended up being a couple hundred dollars. A few days later we went to Lowe’s and the exactly same washing machine was only 50.00 higher and could have had a longer warranty. Now it’s dead and more expense with buying another one.
