We have three of these stores in our County and of the three, the store in Hidden valley Lake is the best. I will travel 45 minutes away from Kelseyville to shop at that grocery outlet. Very clean, very friendly, great selection, and you can't beat the prices.

The manager Deanna is an exceptional human being. She is incredibly efficient, has a heart of gold, and cares deeply for both her staff and her customers. The store also has a wide variety of organic produce, and given I use food as medicine, I'm extremely grateful for this store's location close to my home.

Ever morning I go in for work supplies. The same woman sees me and pretends she doesn’t. I have to ask her, every day, to come ring me up. Also, the prices are never the same from the shelf to the register. Always more at checkout. Very dishonest.
