Waited for months for a call on a CPAP replacement. No calls for half a year. I called them, but no one answered so I left a message. STILL NOTHING. Months of waiting and I remember to stop in after work, before my next sleep doc appointment and get told that I was supposed to have stopped in after my last appointment as arranged by my doctor's office.

The problem is that I had enough time to get to my appointment, then back to work. If the doctors office had told me I was supposed to go straight to Grove, I would have told them I couldn't.

Whatever. Not sure why I couldn't be called afterwards and maybe left a message. Let's just get this done.

The new problem is that there has been such a long time since the doctor ordered the equipment it has to be reapproved by insurance. "We will call you." Yeah f-in right. Double check that my number is on file (it was, why no call!?)

A week later, and still no call, so I try calling them again. I ACTUALLY GOT SOMEONE THIS TIME! But no movement from insurance approvals yet. Much to my shock less than a week later I actually got a call, and made an appointment for the next day.

It is completely my fault I missed that appointment (might have something to do with months of poor sleep, and the lack of a prescribed machine?) I come in to try and correct my mistake and get told that they will not be supplying anything, I've missed 3 appointments, I can just die and go to hell. Oh, and the machine we were supposed to be replacing? I owe them $600+. NOW.

Whatever condition it is that requires me to deal with this horrid experience and get this machine hopefully will kill me quickly so I don't have to keep doing this.

I ordered compression stocking for my dad, the service was very polite. However, when I called to check on the order 2 weeks later, they said they accidentally gave dad's stocking to another person and they were just waiting for her to return them. But would atleast give me a courtesy call to keep me informed. Then 4 weeks later they have them in, and as the owner was there , I explained what had happened. She stated that they would be there the next afternoon. When I went back a young woman came from the back room with 2 boxes and charged me 90.00. They were the wrong stocking and so now I ordered the correct item directly from the manufacturer. I do not recommend Groves Medical supply, they are as bad as Rick's medical. I recommend going straight to the manufacturer and you'll receive your items for half the price.

I went to Grove Medical Supply this morning at 9 a.m.
The owner showed up at 9:08. She told us to come in with no apologies on being late. I gave her my prescription for my walking boot and she said there wasn't enough information for billing my insurance. She told me that she would keep the script and make some calls. She said she would get back to me. I didn't feel comfortable with leaving the original script, so she made a copy and took my information. It is now 4:30 and I haven't heard from her. 7 HOURS LATER!!
I called and told the kind lady that answered that this was poor business.
Luckily, I went to Rick's Medical and they got me mobile again!!
I will not be doing business with Grove and I hope you have a better experience.

When I was at my lowest and needed help, information and products both varied and inexpensive, these gals were a godsend. Arrangements were made from a distance without having to be present; something that was not possible for me at the time. I highly recommend Grove Medical Supply for they're assistance, accessibility, and "can do attitude." I've many other options and have used them when finally becoming available, but in the meantime Grove Medical has been there when I needed and will continue receiving my patronage into the future for this simple yet elegant reason.

Waiting to get an medical ankle boot for my daughter so we asked about pricing...they are billing our insurance almost $400.00 of which we will pay $60.00 HOWEVER!!!!! If we'd like to buy the boot outright ourselves it would be a cash price of $135.00!!!! IS THAT A JOKE?!?!! They are billing our insurance almost 4 times as much!!! I will NOT be back. This is why people struggle to pay for anything medical. This is wrong!!!
