Took our Jeep in with a lift kit that was a Christmas gift to my husband. Their tech BROKE a bolt off one of the kits, which were bolted in. Upon calling I was constantly transferred to this tech, whom just wanted to tell me he didn't break it thus arguing. I told the front desk manager this. I e-mail in pictures proving it was banged on and broken off. Their solution? Have this tech call my husband who told him the same thing "I didn't break it". Yet it was BRAND NEW OUT THE BOX when dropped off to Grove Tire. Their solution - bring it in so we can make it right. WHY on earth would we bring our vehicle back in after such terrible customer service AND broken parts. They didn't offer once to replace the part - which I made clear to them was a gift to my husband! We won't be doing business with them again! ALSO, they replaced the transmission in our other vehicle and now my speedometer is off by 10mph. I was told I had to take it to a dealership. Dealership told me they can't fix that and to take it back to where it was replaced. Absolutely ridiculous!

A perfect rear end seal replacement on my son's 06 Solstice was performed, and done quickly with fair and honest pricing. I will definitely be back when catastrophe strikes again.

Took my Nissan Armada in for diagnostics and they told me my engine was shot but while driving it back home I realized how strong the fumes were in the cab so I cut my catalytic converter off and it drove fine.
Replaced the converter and haven't had anymore issues.
Good thing I didn't scrape a nice 4x4 on there assessment!
