To be honest, my experience was not as bad but the 2x my husband now has went there. Yes I know it's the law to card but when for a fact 3 women don't get carded and he goes in gets carded and I asked another friend if he gets carded when he goes in he said everytime kinda seems weird 🤔 . Plus another time a few months back he was on phone with a brother that has hard time hearing and so have to speak loud at times the brother called while in middle of transaction and he got yelled at because of himself speaking louder for his brother to hear I just think that is wrong. His brother felt like crud for awhile because his brother got yelled at for speaking where he could hear him. Just do better.

My first experience was awesome. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and polite. I had recently relocated from out of state and she was very insightful in regards to allocations etc for this area and also recommended something I hadn't tried. I stopped by today and had selected one bottle of Weller (per the store limit) and continued browsing hoping to find something new to try. When I was presumed out of earshot of the counter, the elderly man who had previously asked me if i needed a cart because he thought i was shopping for a party for no apparent reason, on a tuesday afternoon-(possibly an owner due to the previous conversation I overheard about products with a customer who had entered the store before me, ) - working BEHIND the counter "whispered" to the younger woman at the register to keep an eye on me. I was extremely taken back by this. I am on the younger side but there was absolutely nothing done to warrant the comment made. I have shopped in high end liquor stores all around the country and have an extensive collection myself and this is the first time I have had any sort of issue. I made sure to mention at the register that I wasn't going anywhere upon checking out and the elderly man either didn't hear me (as he thought I wouldn't hear his "whisper") or chose not to acknowledge his completely disrespectful behavior. I can assure you that a male employee with grey hair was working at 6:55 pm on April 5th 2023. My dashcam can also confirm such.

I'm not from the area so I chose this establishment out of convenience. I was looking for a specific product but couldn't remember the name. The young lady working was able to guide me to what I was looking for. For me, to take my limited information and figure out my needs .. it's what you want in an employee.
This established seemed very organized and clean. I can't speak to price comparisons with other stores in the area but I made my purchase feeling like I made a great choice in choosing this establishment! Great Customer Service!
