This morning my right front wheel bearing broke apart. I was able to get to a safe place to park my truck. I’m living between paydays I called Grumpy’s Towing. The gentleman on the phone gave me a great price, $150. I only had $50 available. I asked if he could take the $50and wait till my next payday. He said he had to ask his boss. An hour later he calls me back and asked if I was able to find a way to get my truck to my house. I had not. He then took my offer and sent a driver to help.

Driver Scott arrived and very carefully picked up my truck. The damage was really bad. The wheel was only attached to the truck be the brake caliper. Scott loaded and off loaded my truck without causing further damage. Thank you Grumpy’s Towing and thank you Scott.

Super fast and super chill. Called them when I was locked out of my car. Saw there shop was 11 minutes away… they were at my car in 15 minutes. They weren’t grumpy

Car ran out of battery from a long trip (Chargers where out), the owner came and gave me a tow home. He was very nice super professional, and it turned out we where both vets going to the same clinic. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Also he arrived in 10 minutes so it was super quick and easy.

This is a towing company that provides excellent service. The owner answered the phone immediately, he was immediately ready to help. He said he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. His rates were reasonable, and he was professional. I've just moved to this area and whenever I need a tow, it will be Grumpy's because he's a stand up guy and his service is very good.

Personally, I enjoyed meeting these guys. They're reasonable if you're reasonable with them. They have years of experience doing what they do, and they keep their word. I had a car in there that my friend crashed and when I went to go release it from the lot, a snowstorm came in. Thankfully they didn't charge me for the days it was in there when the snow storm hit. Again, they are reasonable and respectful IF YOU are reasonable and respectful.

Great service!
