I appreciate that Guardian Games not only exists in Portland but also in Washington County at this location in Aloha, super convenient for residents around Hillsboro and Beaverton to stop by. It doesn't feel like it's a secondary location since it's pretty well-stocked and maintained, with a lot to offer in its store space including board and tabletop RPG games as well as cards. I appreciate that employees here generally leave you alone to browse unless you ask for help, and customer service is good.

Guardian Games, It's a fascinating Establishment with a large variety Board games, puzzles, RGP Games, D&D, mini figures, Disc-golf, pluses, etc. If you're into fantasy games where you can be a Demon, Angel, Elf, Goblin, troll, Hero or any type of magical being you can think of This is where you can find a game that sits your preference. The atmosphere of the store was particularly friendlee from what I observed, there were tons of different types of people. There were people with elf ears and with flowers in their hair even some with colorful hair, there was a variety of people.
The employees there were really friendly and knowledgeable they helping customers left and right from what they were looking for, to what questions they were asking.
And from what I can see they were really knowledgeable about all the different types of games they had on the shelves they explained how many players/league can't play the game to how many points need to win. Overall I would recommend people who are interested in this type of Hobby to come and have a look.

My kids love coming here nearly every Saturday morning to play Pokemon. I love that the staff is really amazing! They're always super nice and inviting, and even learn most of the regular players' names.

Rainy Day Games is the perfect place to find indoor activities and opportunity to shop local. We stopped by to find some new games for family game night. They have a large variety of table top games, role play games, card games, classic & new board games for all ages and experience levels. You can also find dice, figurines, paints, and other gaming accessories. They have a game trading program as well as scheduled events hosted in the game room next door. The staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions. Stop by Rainy Day Games to stock up on some fun for your next family game night, friend hang out, birthday party, or other gathering.

The staff is incredible. I brought 3 kids, and they were treated with respect and kind of got the royal treatment. I love that they have a queer section of games, and their events are super queer friendly. 🏳️‍🌈

I bought the new Dungeons and Dragons Monster Manual and, unfortunately, it had some defective printing and a few of the pages were blurred. I tried to fix the problem with Wizards of the Coast directly and it became a huge ordeal. I went back to the store and I was greeted immediately upon entering and was asked if they could help me. I explained the problem with the book and that I would like to exchange it for new copy. The employee simply asked me to show them the pages that were the issue to which I did. He grabbed a new copy right away and allowed me to look it over to make sure it was alright. Unlike, Wizards of the Coast, there was no fuss. This is why I refuse to purchase these books off of Amazon or even through Wizards of the Coast directly. Guardian Games is the only place I plan to purchase my tabletop gaming needs. They prove to me time and again why I should do business with them. Thanks, Guardian Games!

I generally go to play MTG on Commander nights (Monday ~5 till 9) or for MTG prerelease events, but I've always had good experiences. Most of the people who go tend to be pretty genial and the management is always helpful and friendly. Prices for MTG products are pretty much in line with what you'll find elsewhere or online (once you include shipping)

I see people playing other games when I'm in there and the space they have is really huge so I've never seen that be an issue. My only complaint would be the lack of any kind of food options... But I suppose in the age of Uber Eats, that's remedied easily enough.
