Went there for a simple trade in. The deal didn't work out at all but I understood why and the owner was very friendly and genuinely tried to make it work for me. Again the deal didn't work out trading for the guitar but walked away thrilled to go back there in the future. They have a little bit high prices on some items but it's a great selection and a smaller business so they need to make their margins where they can at the end of the day. Definitely a good location if in the Salem area.

Update: The staff reached out to me in a very professional manner, and we were able to resolve the issue. I would definitely give them another chance, should I need anything else.

Came here after reading lots of positive reviews so I had high hopes. The staff was very friendly and pleasant, but I'm not sure my "repair" was much of anything. Dropped my instrument off with a faulty output jack, took two weeks to get it back. Halfway through I called and they said they had to order a new jack and some wire to replace one in my instrument. Several days later they say it's ready. Took it home, tested it out and I still had the same problem. Opened it up and it looked like they hadn't done much of anything except replace the battery. The output jack was the same one that was in it when I gave it to them, despite them charging me for a new one. As far as I can tell, no wiring was replaced so idk what that was about either. Ended up ordering myself a new jack and learned to solder it myself. Works great now. Really not sure what they did with it for two weeks but they definitely didn't replace my jack like I was charged for.

Stopped in on my sons 18th birthday. The guys were all great! They were helpful explaining the differences in some of the guitars, telling him to hit some pedals as he playing. I would buy from these guys any time!!
