Ordered a PRS SE guitar over the phone from their Clearance Sale (I saw a post via their Facebook page). The process for ordering was smooth, and they were extremely kind to chat with. They have great deals, and I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. Being a small business guitar shop, they are fantastic to work with. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great guitar, or music gear in general. Stop by and be sure to check out their diverse selection of guitars and instruments. 5 Stars.

Are we serious right now. The store has been open for 45 minutes and no one’s in there. If yall aren’t open say that, we drive 20 minutes to get here and it’s closed. It’s Monday at 11:10. This store sucks how are you still in business. It isn’t the first time this has happened. Do better

I haven't bought a guitar here yet, but the staff has been very courteous and knowledgeable. I have visited several times and the most I've spent is $60. Even though I haven't laid down a lot of cash, the salesman recognizes me and greets me with a smile when I walk in.

I go here for a clarinet in my base clarinet. I get all my supplies from here. I buy instruments from here. This is the greatest place to get anything that you need for your instrument or for a band or anything of your musical needs.

Wonderful service ! First time coming in today to buy reeds for my son who has started beginner band. They had just what I needed at good prices ! Staff knowledgeable to know what I needed. We will be back when we need more reeds and supplies. What a great store in Gardendale !

Good music store. Decent on the shelf selections at reasonably fair prices. Pretty sure they will take care of you if you know what you want. Great place for a good start and for fine quantity. I will be back. Thanks man! Wouldn't hurt to regulate the humidity in your store for your wooden instruments. They might resonate more. Just because I like yuh
