Everyone is so helpful and super nice. I love shopping at my neighborhood Home Depot store. Thank you to all the wonderful employees at the South Huntsville Home Depot. This is definitely not one of my regularly shopped stores, I'm more of a Hobby Lobby kinda girl. But i love doing DIY crafts and my latest adventure required concrete. To Which i knew nothing about nor what to purchase for my project. So before I left, i had the help of about 5 different employees who were all very courtesy & helpful.
I look forward to shopping here again!

This location of home depot is depressing I am a journeyman millwright with years of experience in several of the construction trades so when I say the majority of the staff I have talked to are imo incompetent and should not be giving advice on building anything let alone directions.

Trying to find help there is hard enough and then you are trying to describe a product your looking for to a person who has never worked a day in a construction job I know that because I asked.

Needless to say I spent an hour and a half getting bounced around from one sales rep to another each insisting they carried the simple and common square head decking screws I was after needless to to say after all the running around the store the last rep I spoke with an older gentleman who worked as a carpenter previously said oddly enough we don't carry them at this location and haven't for over 2yrs the ironic thing is the lumber or hardware section was not even his department he was working in.

The personnel at this Home Depot don't have a problem asking you if you need help. I have been here 4 times, everytime I have had an employee offer assistance.

Generally not a bad place. Some items are placed unintuitively. But when I ask for a bathtub trap and the HD employee (in plumbing) asks me "what is that, what does it do?", and then still sends me to the entirely wrong place after he looked it up on his phone, well that's not exactly what I expect.

I primarily visit Home Depot and occasionally the Pet Depot. While these stores are nice, the rest of the place is pretty so so. Parking is close and convienent but they've installed huge speed bump that are annoying.

The worst customer service that you could ask for... good luck finding anyone who knows whats going on if your picking up a large order just be prepared to be there a couple of hours

Clean friendly place ill be coming here and not the place across the road sorry lowes fans home depot has better products more to choose from and i feel more at home and welcome there ...Alabama needs more of them... to the employee that put in a bad review take it from the source probably lazy and dont want to work... i have been doing business with the depot since 1993 and have never had a bad experience
