This hotel does need to be updated and water a little hotter. That is our only complaint. Our fur baby was welcomed with a smile. It was very clean and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was so accommodating and caring. They took pride in their job. Personalized our stay. The breakfast bar on 1/1/25 was the BEST. Also the worker in the kitchen area puts the face to hospitality. She was all over the front area talking and helping. We would highly recommend this place and definitely stay in here in Elks OK again.

Room was filthy. Sink and toilet were gross! Room smelled like pet urine. Definitely not the Hampton reputation of high standards and quality (for the price), more like a Motel 6. When brought to desk clerk’s attention, he was not surprised, did not apologize and was very nonchalant. Overall facility was run down and dirty - Staples in wall holding wall paper together, water leak in hallway with piece of sheet rock on floor, carpet worn through in elevator. Maybe “pet friendly” policy instigates much of this?

We called to book a room last minute about 2 hours out. When we arrived it was around 11:30pm, the front desk was great and the room was clean. The beds are a little rough but not bad - I'm spoiled at home. The next morning Cici helped us book two more nights and was so sweet and friendly (go Ravenclaw!) Sunday morning we woke up for breakfast and Helen is the absolute best, bubbly, friendly, on top of ensuring fresh coffee/food, seriously the best. Helen, thank you for being so kind to my dead ass half asleep self. Our family has voted the shower the best hotel shower we've used, that water pressure is amazing.

This hotel should not have a Hilton name. Severely outdated. Furniture pretty beat up and old worn carpet. Beds were comfortable though. Pillows suck as usual. AC unit makes some weird cyclical noise. Bathroom and entry tile was sticky. Whatever was used to clean made it sticky. Otherwise looked clean. The stupid dust ruffles were hanging all over the floor and some parts pulled way up to base of mattress. Very tacky. The remote was dirty and sticky. Gross. I cleaned and sanitized it. Old small 32” tv. No Netflix or others. Hallway was very hot. Plus was refrigerator and microwave worked. As a Hilton honors member it really aggravates me that they can’t do better. I expect more from Hilton. We slept ok, but this place is in bad need of updating.

So I got in the room didn’t even pay attention to it. I was tired. I drove all day so I went right to bed. I woke up had to pee, couldn’t flush. The toilet went back to sleep. Woke up noticed that the sink didn’t have the stopper in it. Oh well hop in the shower while I was taking a shower a family of roaches decided they wanted to shower with me. It was a big one and two small ones. OK so got out of the shower sat on the bed went to dry myself off. I thought I saw something out the corner of my eye ensure enough on the wall by the headboard that was the biggest bedbug I’ve ever seen. So I told the front desk I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she’s got the bad teeth. Told me I can’t believe that. I’m gonna have to go check that out. OK I didn’t ask you for a free night stay or a discount I’m letting you know the room is messed up all the heat don’t use the heat because when I woke up, it was cold in the room. I had the heat set to 72. I had to crack the doorand sit in the bathroom after I cut the heat off because it turned it into a sauna never will stay there again.

Will not recommend or stay again. After driver 1000miles we chose this hotel because it was out of town and we been there a year prior (states remodeling then) but looks worse than it did in 2024. HOWEVER, we get there and we get a dirty room they moved us to another. However in new clean room, the light fixture in ceiling was stuffed with white rag to cover something. Night staff was good. However when we check out, the night Auditor was not a happy camper bc I requested a receipt and she had to stop what she was doing in the breakfast area (this was at 5am and breakfast isn’t until 7 at location) . Customer service (hospitality) needs serious attention at this location as well sanitation and maintenance standards. We have never experienced this at a Hilton property before.

Good place to stay after a long day of driving. There is a BBQ restaurant directly adjacent and it has good food. Breakfast was tasty and staff was friendly and helpful.

First room had someone's toilet paper in the toilet? Second room A/C never got cool at all. Place is very run down. Staff was nice but obviously management needs to address many things. 5 minutes to get hot water. Carpet looks dirty. Hallway was so hot i thought i was going to pass out getting to the elevator. Front desk clerk said that unit was broken. So give people the option of booking a room in Hades! Really. Horrible. I was charged $117 for what was a $39 room quality at best.
